So let me start with this: I am from Styria, Austria, from the very region this oil comes from!!! I have lived in the US for 10 years now and really miss my “ Kernoel “( pumpkin seed oil). I go back every year to eat that oil for weeks and weeks! Not so during covid 10 so I had to buy my favorite oil here in the US! This purchase is my fourth ( the others were all Austrian sellers) and this oil here IS THE BEST! By far! It is not diluted, very rich and thickish, how it should be! It is the real thing!!! I love it and I wonder where it is pressed! The seeds are from styria, Austria, I read! Any way, good job!

NOT made in China is a big plus for this product. I use it in conjunction with other measures for BPH. I've gotten used to the taste. I only wish it came in larger size.

I can only speak to the flavor, which I think is lovely. I don't know anything about the health benefits, I simply bought it to garnish carrot soup with and I am very pleased. Based on taste I highly recommend.

Tate’s like toasted seeds, unreal flavor! I add it to all salads and drink by itself its really good to drink it by itself it’s got lots of health benefits! Love it!

I use this for my skin and hair. It makes my skin nice and smooth. As for my hair it makes it grow really fast when I use it prior to shampooing

Great flavor!

The oil tastes of cooked seeds. On reading the description, the seeds have been roasted and then 'cold pressed' which is not what one would expect of a cold pressed seed.

I use this daily. The taste is initially difficult to enjoy but believe it or not I am now on my second bottle and now find it enjoyable! I take it as it supposed to be generally good for you but particularly in respect of prostate issues. My dad had those issues so I hope this may be beneficial to me. Very easy to take as part of a daily regime-just a tablespoon which I take with my daily medication.

It was an addition to grow my natural hair & it’s indeed a great addition to fuller hair. I’ve only used it once and I can see the difference.

my mum takes it to control her bladder, a couple of teaspoons adayshe gets a goodnights sleep and dose not need to go the toilet every couple of hours.

This tastes really delicious and is cold pressed, which is important, because it retains the nutrient content. I'm sure it will do me a lot of good.
