So far so good I was not sure I would use this for serious boxing training but me and my mate found this very useful and addictive, we had lots of laughs together and the competitiveness came out every time, anyhow Excellent Quality headband is comfortable and worth buying for hand and eye coordination and punching accuracy, I will buy another one soon for my mate on his birthday.

I have no idea how to attach the balls to the headband.Update: Seller sent me instruction about how to attach the string.

Its works fine. You can feel its not high quality but it holds up to its purpose. If you use as it was meant. If you blast on it, its gonna break. Came with lighter large beginner ball and smaller heavier ball. Soft foam material.

Fun but the ball was a bit small, think it would be better with a bigger ball. The attached string on mine broke but my sons is still doing good. This is more for someone with skill, I just keep getting hit in the face😁 I think a bigger ball would be better for someone just starting out

My grandson likes playing with this, but the Velcro part that holds the ball to the headband broke the first time he tried it...buyer beware that you might have to fix before play can continue.

I ordered two boxing Reflex Balls for my kids to get them to exercise a little more. However, I got into it and had a blast. I think I like the workout more than my kids. Great eye to hand workout. I need to practice a lot more so that I can get a better work out.

This is a great product for hand/eye coordination. Takes a bit to find a rhythm but once you do, a great workout.
