I love that it leaves my nails nice and smooth and that I can file in either direction. Also that it will last years - so long as I don't drop it onto a hard surface. Another benefit is that it is dishwasher safe, so I can clean it once a month. As opposed to other glass nail files the pointy end is slim enough to fit under my nails, if there are any bits that need removing. The only thing I'm not keen on is the cheapness of the carrying case - it otherwise spoils what is a lovely product.
