Very Nice Bands !Note: these ain’t yer grandpaws rock chucking slingshot bands. Yes the pouches are very small. They are designed for accurate target 🎯 shooting with ball bearings like 1/4”3/8”. Also modern slingshot bands need to be TUNED to the shooters draw length. YouTube has hundreds of videos on slingshots and bands.I’ve been shooting slingshots for years and see no issues with these bands. Their longevity depends on user’s knowledge, but they will not last as long as rock chucking wrist rocket tubes.

Practice pulls count, in the wear department, so might as well shoot at something each time you pull...

These aren't for hunting they are for 1/4 steel nothing bigger I shoot 3/8 steel and these didn't even break 160fps these are not when the Description says they are. I wouldn't even hunt with these with 1/4 steel. Only for 1/4 clay ammo

I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

These are very cheaply made, but I guess you get what you pay for. The pocket is minuscule. I expect these to break quickly.

these bands seem to be the perfect size to launch 1/4 steel ammo. the pouch is tiny but has a center hole punched in it to seat the ammo, i use my index finger to seat the ball and pull until i get a slight tension and then pinch with index and thumb. the stretch is consistent and is what you expect from a latex band useing cheek aim. these will be too short for a butterfly style release.i like these enough that I made 3 slings right away. no sure if these are theraband gold but they are close to it. Might work for 3/8 steel too if you are careful.i dont have any lead shot to try these may work for that too. good for the price too.

it came quick

They were packaged nice and arrived a day late. To me they are just too small for 3/8” steel balls and 3/8” clay balls. The pouches were super small and narrow. The 3/8” were not covered by the top and bottom of the pouches. I placed a 3/8th inch steel ball next to the pouch in my picture for comparison. The bands are no where near .75mm.. They are paper thin and I can see light through them. I would assume they are good for shooting BB’s and meant for a kids toy. Amazon was awesome enough to accept my return and refund me before I even got home after dropping them off. End up re-ordering a slingshot for three dollars more that comes with four bands.
