Simplify morning
Easy to use, harder to install than I estimated.I love that is takes up less counter space.I used to work in hospitality and plumbed in coffee makers are the norm. This is so much more efficient for your use of time and less clean up, no spills. Great coffee

Don't buy!
Terrible don't buy! The coffee doesn't stay hot in this cheap pot. There is no burner to keep it warm. Coffee doesn't taste that good. The name rubs off the filter basket. Called customer service but nothing they can do. Disappointing and now it is installed in our new house!

Little tricky to install
My under counter coffee pot started to leak so unable to find another went with the Brew Express BE-110WW. Best guess on studs and unknowns carefully remove the tile by the template supplied. 4" diamond blade worked like a champ. Opened the sheet rock and found the hot water line was in the way. Move 2" to the left and framed the hole in with 2x4's, installed the 1/4" water line from my reverse osmosis system, ran power to a near by outlet, then mounted the supplied can. Replaced the sheet rock in the oversize hole and cut tile pieces to fill in the 2" mistake. Keep the instruction book for the clock and timer settings are a little difficult. The coffee is good, not great and it would be nice to be able to adjust the water temperature. Takes up zero counter space. The pot keep coffee hot for 2 hours and warm there after.

It's So Easy to Make a Wonderful Pot Of Coffee, I'm Now Totally Spoiled!
I'm hooked more than ever on the Brew Express BE-110WW as it's nearly effortless to make a great pot of coffee! First thing in the morning, I find it easier to get a pot brewing than to assemble a coherent sentence. The Brew Express sits next to a Breville BCG800XL whole bean grinder. Press the grinder on and it doses out the appropriate amount of coffee properly ground coffee, dump the coffee into the filter holder, place the filter in the Brew Express and press on. What an early morning luxury! It's been over 2 years since I purchased this unit and it has worked without a single problem. When I first was installing the coffee maker, I needed to call technical support and found them to be VERY helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate me, thanks. The Brew Express does a fine job of bringing the water to an appropriate temperature to bring out the flavor in the beans. I must say that I'm absolutely hooked on the automatic water fill, no more early morning spills. How and why would I ever go back to manual water supply is a question I hope never to have to answer. It's difficult to imagine how morning coffee could be easier or more pleasant.Note: IMO, it's wise to have a filter in the line as every coffee maker would otherwise eventually clog from the minerals and particulate matter present in the water supply. If you already filter your kitchen tap with an under the counter filter system, it's a complete snap to add the Brew Express water supply tap on the output end. It was easily enough to install that I did it myself.

AMAZING COFFEE!
Brew Express is an amazing product. It brews perfect coffee, it looks elegant recessed into the wall, and the best part is-- it hooks right up to the waterline. My only complaint is that the white plastic is very "plasticy" and looks more like a low end Mr. Coffee than a higher end, better quality machine. It has discolored a little as well in the short time I've owned it. If I could pick again, I would maybe consider the stainless steel version. However; the performance of this little machine outshines my feelings on the esthetics.

Great Coffee Maker!
We remodeled our 100 yr. old home 5 years ago and wanted a built in coffee maker. As we found price ranges from $400. upwards to $2,000.+, we found the Brew Express. This has been the most terrific item in our new kitchen!! It is not only beautiful, but makes awesome coffee, and keeps the "pot" always available but not in the way. We receive wonderful comments on our remodel, and when friends see the Brew Express on the wall they are astonished and love it! Our contractor for the remodel loved it and said it was a breeze to install. We were so happy with his work, as a thank you, we gave him one for his home. As for the previous reviewer that complained about the pot not keeping the coffee hot and doesn't even have a hot plate for it to sit on, gimme a break! It is a carafe not a heating pot. It keeps coffee plenty warm the 11/2 hours. btwn the time I make it in the morning and when my wife pours her cup later. As far as service, I called for an issue 2 years after warranty period on a Saturday morning (they were closed) and left a message for a technician to call me back. To my complete surprise, the owner of the company called me back that morning and resolved my problem personally, and covered it completely!! I am about to purchase another Brew Exp. soon as a gift. I encourage anyone looking into this type of off the counter built in to look hard at this product. 5 STARS.
