Hello, The pictures show 5 pins. And the description shows that they are for Johnson Evinrude. I am not sure if they would work in mercury outboards

Can these be used to replace stock relays on a cmc pt-35 power tilt and trim unit?

I don't know but look closely at the picture how the 4 prongs are aligned. For mine it used 2 relays and the package I ordered comes with 2 relays in it. If yours has a number on it check if it is the same as this one or it it might interchange to it.
