Best plant based recipe book ever... tried, true, and delicious recipes.
The recipes are the simple everyday recipes. Beautiful colored photos for each recipe. I have tried many of the recipes, and as a vegan I found the most wonderful Oat Burger recipe that has become a staple for me... I make ahead and freeze so I can just pop one in a pan or microwave for fuss- free cooking. One of the best features is the nutritional information provided for each and every recipe... so many vegan cookbooks only insert a page or two about nutrition in general, but in this book I can tell if I am meeting my nutritional needs with each recipe. This is what drew me to this book in the first place. I love this recipe cookbook, and I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to live a healthy plant based lifestyle.

A totally amazing cookbook
I am so happy with this simple, but delicious and healthy way of cooking cookbook. I am trying new recipes frequently now. I love every one I've tried. the pictures with each recipe gives interest. I bought this one for my son because I loved the one I bought myself so much and he and his wife are cooking healthy now. He las lost 40 pounds with his new life style. Can't wait to share these new recipes with my friends at potluck. Thank-you Ernestine, for a job well done.

Healthy eating Cookbook . . . . . .
This Natural Lifestyle cookbook is great for people who are looking to change how they eat for health reasons or just want to start eating healthier. This is a Vegan cookbook with lots of really good recipes. You won't be disappointed. I saw them on 3ABN Live (Channel 125 on the GCI cable)actually cooking a lot of the recipes that are in this cookbook for a whole hour. Boy, did it look good and of course it's healthy eating also. Great for people who are told by their Doctor to change their lifestyle eating habits. . . . . as what they are currently eating is killing them. There is no meat in any of these recipes.

I chose it for the natural ingredients the recipes used. Also looking at the carb content which is very important if cooking for a diabetic.

This you must buy!
I promised myself I wouldn’t buy any more vegan cookbooks because I already have so many, but I’m so happy I purchased this one. The recipes are different and every one looks terrific. I especially want to try making her gravy. It seems most recipes call for Braggs or soy sauce, which doesn’t do a thing for the taste. I always wind up throwing it out. This recipe really looks promising. And the pictures are glorious.

Haven't tried all the recipes, but the ones I've made are wonderful.Since I'm a vegan I won't use honey but use Maple Syrup in the recipes when called for.Anxious to try many more recipes.RecommendBTW like the spiral bound book so it is easy to leave open to the recipe when cooking
