Update: 1/22 (original purchase 2/19)
Bought this 2/19, so it has been nearly 2 years. It is used daily for rapid charging (red ports are for charging only, cannot xfer data to the PC via red ports, which I knew this at purchase time). After nearly 2 years the hub is still plugged into the wall and "operating" 100%, the only thing is the lights have partially stopped working. I could care less about the lights.... Each port has a corresponding light and power button, when you push the button, the light is suppose to become brighter as the lights are generally always on to some degree. Again the most used ports the lights have completely stopped working. But all ports operate perfectly fine. Further notes: this is most likely a driver issue, but what I have encountered (with windows 10) is to only use the hub for basic xferring of data or charging... What I mean is, I did plug everything into when I first got it. My 2 USB 3.0 wifi adapter, surround sound gaming headset, and HDDs/flash drives. I discovered that (again most likely driver related) there would appear to be a bottleneck, example. If I was gaming and my daughter needed to xfer files at the same time, I would start the xfer and go back to gaming until it finished and I would get severe screeching, but would stop as soon as the xfer was complete.... Same with the WiFi adapters... If I was downloading a file at 30mb/s and started to xfer a file, it would drop to light 500kb/s, but again speed back up once the drive was complete... So since I never move the WiFi adapters and headset, I just plugged them directly into the back of the PC with their own port. This is not a complaint, just an observation. I still needed the additional ports and use them, I could care less about xfering data slower between multiple hard drives, it wasn't unbearable or anything. Naturally the USB 3.0 can handle up to 5gbs, which is why I suspect it is a driver issue... Combining everything originally that was plugged in was maybe 1gbs. Anyway, that is that and I would buy this again.

That power brick tho
This thing is perfect except the power brick is thicc. That mug gonna take up the last space on a surge suppressor for sure, be careful not to kick it out if place. Otherwise it's awesome.

Good usage/ Bad longevity
When we first got the product it was great. It did everything that we needed it to do. Unfortunately, it stopped working in less than 1 year. This is used as a dock item more than anything else. So I am confused that it just failed.

Works like a charm
I got this to plug multiple jump drives in and to charge multiple devices while I’m st my desk. I have my wireless charger plugged in, an iCable to charge my iPad, a USB for my wireless mouse, a usb for my wireless keyboard, and 1 flash drive. They stay connected around the clock and it’s done well. Data transfer with the flash drive has gone well too.

Would recommend
Works good so far! Easy and convenient to use. Size could be smaller or shorter in length.

Good product but could be better
This works as advertised except that when charging it keeps a computer fan running even if the computer is off.

It works!
I haven't taxed it out fully, but it has been working 24/7 for the last few weeks without a hiccup!

Doesn't Charge my Goal 0 Venture 30 Powerbank
For some reason this product would not charge my Goal Zero Venture 30 power bank. I tried both the 2.4 and 1.2 banks.
