Smells great. My hair is a little damaged and was pre lightened about a year ago from a level five to about level eight partial highlights. I have about four inches of regrowth of my brown and 50% gray. This purple was applied to dry clean hair without conditioner, and left on for about ten minutes. everything that was previously highlighted ended up dark purple. The rest of my brown was tinted purple nicely but still more than I expected. Didn’t really take very much to my gray but that is to be expected. Today I shampooed my hair twice each with dandruff shampoo and clarifying shampoo and it’s a little less dramatic. I don’t love it but don’t hate it and I look forward to it fading more because I think it’ll be silvery purple.
