A decent little popcorn maker.
It's a good little popcorn maker and good value for money. It's easy to use, and quick too. I love popcorn and the fact it doesn't need any oil to pop it , means it is I could have a healthy snack if I wanted. The machine is easy to clean afterwards with a damp cloth . I don't use the scoop to melt butter as the corn is popping, as when I tried it, it was still not fully melted by the time the corn had all popped. It's easier for me to melt it in a pan beforehand. It also means that I can mix whatever flavours I want to add to my popcorn in the pan too. My son like his mixed with parmesan and garlic salt, or with cumin, chilli and garlic salt, whereas my husband likes his sweet, and I like mine sweet and salty. You do get the odd bit of popcorn that flies out and misses the bowl that I have to catch it, but I have a dog that has discovered a great game of trying to catch the stray bits as it flies out, so he's a happy boy .

Handy and very easy to use.
Its a compact product for home use. Works well. Easy to use. Easy to clean after use. Kernel keeps popping but downside is that popcorns don't go into cup or bowl infront, popcorns goes in all directions. Taste is good but if i put salt in with kernels, all the salt flow out before kernels hence creates mess. My product heat up and goes off after 2nd lot. It starts working again when cool off.Is it Value for money? May be and may not be depends how much usage you will have.

Great machine
This was a gift for my nephew at Christmas and he absolutely loved it. His parents didn’t love it as much because he would not stop making popcorn and their entire house had pieces of corn in every single room by the end of the day. In fact, he made so much popcorn. He filled the bath with it and sat in there until he’d eaten pretty much the whole lot. we also went to see the circus as a family a few days later, he brought us all bags of popcorn that he made using this fantastic machine. You should however, be aware not to add sugar or sauces directly into the machine. It does warn you of this on the instructions however my nephew ignored this and nearly burnt the house down the first time he used it. Also beware not to use it too much or the house will smell of hot piss. God bless

AVOID!!! Useless, noisy, just terrible
Awful!! Design is terrible, the lid doesn’t control the popcorn as it comes out of the machine so it flies across the room. The fan is too strong, as popped corn comes flying out it picks up unpopped kernels as well - I had a bowl of 1/3 popped and all the unpopped kernels were either in the popped corn or on the floor.Unbelievably noisy, and the entire unit had to be held down as it spins around and moves across the counter very fast. I have had an air popper before and never had any of these issues. We tried three times, and gave up. Dreadful (and not that cheap!)

Some design flaws...
Really wanted to like this popcorn maker, but it has some questionable design choices:As others have said, popcorn flies everywhere as it leaves the machine. This is because the kernels spin around the inside, and when they pop the inertia carries them to the side and they shoot out in all sorts of angles. I tried attaching a small plastic funnel to the mouth of the popcorn machine, but the outside of the housing gets so hot during operation it MELTED it!! After that I attached a credit-card size piece of baking paper with some blu tack on the right, just below of the transparent spout. This solved the problem. The other major issue is (and this is a lot worse) that only about two-thirds to three-quarters of kernels pop. The rest get searing hot and as the popcorn starts to get expelled these kernels are carried with them before they have a chance to pop, burning your hands or whatever they land on.This could've been avoided by extending the assembly inside. As it stands, you're going to rummage around the bowl - my advice is to decant to another - to find all kernels and feed them back in for a second go. Which of course means more electricity used.Oh, before I forget you'll also need a kitchen towel on top of the bowl you're using to collect the popcorn because some of the searing hot kernels that leave the machine will pop once inside the bowl, sending popcorn into the stratosphere. The last thing is that you won't be able to apply salt or sugar to the popcorn because the machine operators without oil, therefore nothing will stick to the popcorn and the salt will just sit at the bottom of the bowl. This is something to take into consideration. I'm happy with unsalted popcorn, other may not be.
