I knew I could get a better deal at Amazon. I did not soak it, I washed it three times until water was fairly clear, and I cooked it in my rice cooker the way I did any other rice, and it turned out perfect. It had a wonderful aroma, nice long grains, real fluffy rice, not sticky. I will be purchasing more of this. Wonder if it comes in a whole grain too. Try it, you won't be disappointed in any way.
