What is the height of the band?

The front (at the widest section around your belly) is 6.25” and the rest of the band is barely 5” wide. I love mine! Second time using it

What's the correct way to put this on?

The way the first picture shows! But save your money or put that money towards one that’s a little more expensive. I was trying to save money and bought this but it gave no support. Not sure how it will do after pregnancy.

It's good quality I just don't think it's bought very often. It's good to wear for around the house but I couldn't wear it to work as it moved around to much as I was running around. Manager at restaurant!
