Good quality but too small
Too small. Probably my fault as I obviously dont know what 12 inches looks like!Bought for my just-turned-6yo to try to fashion a little mermaid costume- barely made it half way down her tummy. Would better fit a 3/4yo.Otherwise, quality seemed fine, lined and nice colour.
