We own a production company and studio and we have 4 of these chairs. They have held up great over the 2-3 years we've had them; however one has taken a little more wear and tear than the others and we want to get in touch with the store to inquire about ordering a replacement seat insert. one of them has torn and can no longer be sat in. the body of the chair is still in perfect condition so we would hope not to have to replace the whole chair. Can a representative help me get in touch with the store? My order customer service window has expired.

Beautifully made and a rich color. Everything looks good, but, it doesn't sit firmly on an uncarpeted surface. I may have to add something to keep it from rocking. Very easy to put together and seems to be of quality construction. I ordered another for my husband. I use it for art shows.

The chair itself is fine, but the design could be better. You cannot fold the chair for quick and easy storage, because the foot rest has to be bolted on both legs. So if you want to fold you have to unscrew the bolt.

I really like the design of this product. It was the best-looking chair no doubt, especially with the hunter green accent! I would buy it again, but I will say that the only pushback I have was with the instructions or simple things on putting it together. Each thing had a specific thing that fixed it, but before I figured that out, it was frustrating me. The first issue was when I was inserting the seat cloth, it kept getting stuck on the wood inside the grooves, because there would be sharp edges inside the grooves that would get caught on the cloth. If the cloth was covered in a thin plastic, it would make it a lot easier. The trick was on this one, if it gets stuck, lift it and pull forward, and that seemed to work. It took me about 3 extra minutes to get it to got the last inch haha. Not a huge issue now that it is put together. The other issue I had was pushing the metal connectors down. You have to push them down so they are flat according to the instructions, but it doesn't say in the instructions a specific way on how to do this. Since they are thin and metal and close together tightly, I figured that pushing them down with my hands was not a good idea as to avoid cutting my hands. So the first thing I tried was using a hammer and tapping them down to see if that worked. That did not work, so then I tried using my hands against my better judgment. Luckily, I did not cut myself, but I used all the force I had to try to push them down, but I still couldn't. I was literally shaking and my face turning red with how hard I was trying to push them down with my hands. But still nothing. So I stood up, took a breath, and then it finally dawned on me to stomp on them to push them down! This is a trick my Dad taught me when changing a car tire and you need to loosen the lug nut off the wheel. You stand on it and jump up and down if you have to to loosen the lug, and that is how you do it if you cannot move it with your hands! Doesn't sound super safe, I know, but you're only a foot or less off the ground, so best way I know haha. Anyway, that was the key. It finally worked when I stood up to the chair, put my foot on the metal bars, and pushed them down with my leg. Like all humans, we have a lot more strength and muscle in our legs than in our hands! So, after finally doing that I was able to push the metal bars straight and install the foot rest, and now I'm happy! So I just wanted to post this review, so that if anyone buys this, they will save 5-10 minutes of frustration trying to figure out how to put this together. It wasn't many steps, but just little things like saying use your foot to press the bars down instead of press the bars down goes a long way, and hopefully the company can update the instructions. The chair is sturdy, but I am wondering if I have received a refurbished chair. All four of the foot pads have these marks.

Great chair, can’t be folded with footrest attached though

I feel like so week this chair.

It is a very lightweight chair, and not stable enough. Each time you sit on it, it will collapse as the locking system is not working properly. The footrest is not strong enough and you feel it will break anytime now. Ideal for someone who needs a very lightweight and portable makeup/director chair. If that's your priority then it is a good option.
