Eagle on Display Flagpole Topper Finial Ball - Hand Painted USA Realistic Lifelike

Received my eagle 4 days earlier than expected. When I opened the box, I found the included candy and beautiful Soldier kneeling at the cross ornament. As a Veteran, I really loved the surprise. Eagle was well protected / packaged. The hand painted detail is stunning. Mine didn't have the blue paint that one reviewer mentioned and looked very picturesque.I had this same design that was ripped out by high winds recently and the 25 foot fall broke it in half. I was able to glue it back together, but didn't want to chance that on top of the pole again. Replaced the plastic top piece of my pole with stainless steel and this new eagle.Previously had an "eagle in flight" topper, but my flag would catch on the wings frequently. This design is much safer in that regard.Almost bought from another seller for a few dollars less, but the extra money was well worth the quality received and the thoughtfulness of this seller. The pictures showed a better product and when I saw the small business label, I was sold. So very glad I went with this one. Thank you for the beautiful ornament and great eagle.

This has to be one of the most beautiful and awesome things that I have ever bought on Amazon. The beautiful painted eagle is as majestic as if it were the real thing. It arrived very well packed and included were a very thoughtful gift (A praying soldier ornament) as well as some nice Hershey's chocolates. Thank you very much. :) I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thank you for this beautiful flag pole topper.

This Eagle is very lifelike and looks great perched atop my 25’ pole. The colors are vibrant and it has weathered well in the 6 months since I put it in place. The one caveat I offer is the problem with the bolt that is cemented into the base of the Eagle and that screws into the finial cap. It broke loose from its bonds and separated from the Eagle so that it can no longer be mounted until the bolt can be reattached. I submit that the adhesive used is not strong enough to maintain the bolt in place and stand up to the torque applied when twisting the Eagle onto the finial cap to secure it.

The media could not be loaded.  It beautiful! I have it on top of my flagpole and light. The quality of the Eagle is much prettier than the photos show. While it was t inexpensive. I really like it and it survive 25 mph gusts and pouring rain the night after I installed it.Just one thing I forgot, my flagpole came with a 3/8” truck but the Eagle threads is 1/2” so you’ll need to make sure your truck is a 1/2” or buy one, that’s what I did.

Ok, I was warned about the small size by other reviews. "That's ok," I said. "Any ball finial I use is only going to be 3-4" round, anyway."I considered another vendor that would have faster shipping. I am trying to put up a flagpole, after all, and once this goes up, that's it. I'm not taking down a one piece fiberglass, 25' pole to change a finial.But I really liked this one, and my hope is that Old Glory will "flow" off it in higher winds, as opposed to getting stuck on a wing or being punctured by the eagle's head. In fact, this is why the US Flag Code 'prefers' a ball outside. I'm hoping this eagle is the balance between the concept. Either way, this design has this value, specifically because the eagle isn't striking. I decided to buy this one and wait. "It's unique, and my flagpole is worth it. Be patient," I told myself.To the team's credit, I received the package 2-4 days early... nice work there. I opened it with anticipation...... to find the head of an eagle that looked like it had been washed with a pen in its pocket.So, I was initially disappointed, but I contacted the Seller. He has apparently been informed by his artists that the blue adds depth and brightens the white. Since I sold Ben Moore paint for about 10 years, I can understand and endorse the theory-- this is true.... but what I am seeing feels like an overabundance of this blue color. I also used to color match by eye.Seller worked diligently with me to (1) assure and prove that I was not in posession of a 'defective' Eagle and (2) he was absolutely classy and willing to help me feel better about the product, including offering a refund if necessary. I agreed to take the Eagle and put it on my roof, so I could observe it from the ground in a similar setting.I can DEFINITELY see the blue from the ground, especially against my white house and today's white-cloudy sky, but I have a trained eye and I also generally know what I'm looking for. Against a blue sky, the oddity will vanish.The Finial is a very nice piece. It is sculpted/formed beautifully and I can see and feel the UV protection on the bird. It is definitely crafted well. I think it will be ok. I think it's going to be one of those things that I notice.... but only I notice unless and until I call another person's attention to it. (Hint: never.)I wholeheartedly endorse this seller. I am keeping the Eagle, and I will be proud to place it atop my flag pole. I remain slightly underwhelmed with the blue/ shadowing/ brightener on the item, but not enough to return it. I would encourage the artists to use just a touch less in future runs.
