Between this, and reef roids i don't use any other coral foods.

I mix this with inertia and feed to my corals once a week through a syringe. One time a week, I put a pinch of it alone in the tank and my fish go nuts! This formula is perfect for growth of corals and keeping fish healthy.

Corals love this stuff and water quality is good. Lower phosphate than reefroids.

This stuff is great for corals and fish. I douse my tank 2 times a week with it along with amino acids and reef chilli. I’ve seen a growth spurt with all my corals and beautiful color. Reef roofs can cause algae growth in your tank but not Benereef. It clouds up your tank for about an hour depending the size of course but no complaints here.

I was a bit skeptical after hearing some folks praise this reef food on some Facebook groups. I had been using Reef Roids at the time, which my corals loved. I just hated how I would need to perform water changes after feeding Roids because the phosphate levels would skyrocket from the food. So after a bit of pressure from other hobbyists, I decided to give Benereef a shot. I ordered this stuff last year and my old container of Reef Roids has been collecting dust ever since. My corals love it, it does not pollute my tank with phosphates, and I love how I no longer have to work water changes into my feeding schedule.
