Perfect, just like the sets my kids use at school, helps with homework. Made of plastic. The parts do fit together when counting a bit like lego but not as sturdy.

Bought for my son to get a better grasp of tens/ one’s number units. Similar to resources used in schools. He is 6 and enjoys building/ playing with the blocks as well as us using for homework aid.

The 1s are a lot smaller than expected but concept is great for introduction to maths

These are perfect Dienes for home use. I am a primary teacher and bought these for my son I Year 1 as I know how much they get used. These are perfect. The ones are able to be stacked on the tens and hundreds and the tens can be stacked on the hundreds by being clipped on so they dont fall off. This would help so much in lessons in class and is really useful at home when looking at tens and ones and number bonds to 10.

We're so pleased with this base ten set. I was unsure if we should buy these or the bigger name brand set. In the end we chose these cause I liked that each place value block was a different colour: ones are yellow, tens are green, etc. Although there were some negative reviews we took a chance. I'm very glad we did as they are just perfect. The quality is top notch. We've been using them for a couple months in maths lessons. I would highly recommend these!

Preisgünstiges Set als Anschauungsmaterial für die Mathe Hausaufgaben ab Klasse zwei. Recycelter Kunststoff, nicht so hochwertig wie glattes, stabiles Lego, aber trotzdem für Lernzwecke und für den Preis voll in Ordnung. Im Paket sind ein roter Tausender Block ( fester Würfel, der nicht auseinander gebaut werden kann, sondern nur zur Anschauung dient ) , ein blauer Tausender Block, der in 10 einzelne Hunderter Platten zerlegt werden kann. Die Platten werden ähnlich wie Lego Platten aufeinander gesteckt. Weiter findet man 10 mal eine grüne 10 er Reihe, die ebenfalls auf die blauen Hunderter Platten gesteckt werden können. Die restlichen gelben Einer Würfelchen ( 105 Stück) sind extra in einem Tütchen verpackt und können auf die anderen Zehner und Hunderter aufgesteckt werden, halten aber nicht alle gut. Da ich aber keinen Turm bauen will, sondern Mathe erklären möchte, ist mir das weniger wichtig. Was man vielleicht noch verbessern könnte, wäre die Anzahl der 10er Reihen. Da wäre es schön gewesen, noch ein paar zusätzliche zu haben. Aber alles in allem ein gutes Anschauungsmaterial! Super sind die unterschiedlichen Farben!! Und das Material ist recycelt! und abwaschbar. Ich bin zufrieden.
