These are great pie dishes. Size and shape are perfect. Highly recommend. Use these to make all kinds of fruit based desserts but they are actually good for much more. Pretty enough to use as serving dishes.

Nice deep baking dish! Good for pie, cobbler, vegetable casserole, and fruits custard cake. Nice presentation- from oven to table.

Finally, a glass pie dish that won’t explode in my oven or from a temperature change. Shame on Pyrex for changing the quality of their glass and not notifying the public. Thank you to this company for offering the original borosilicate real heat proof strong glass. I deeply appreciate being able to bake my food on surfaces that don’t leave unhealthy residues on my food! Grateful!

This deep pie pan was a little pricier than others I looked at but I chose it because it said it's made out of borosilicate glass which should make it handle temperature changes better. It does come with a label sort of glued in that easily pulls up but does leave residue behind. Mix 2 parts baking soda and 1 part olive oil to make a paste. Let the paste sit on the glue residue for a little while and then lightly scrub before the paste dries. It shouldn't take too much elbow grease to remove.
