What a wonderful idea these are. They not only light up the bowl, but their motion detection is so sensitive, they come on well before you reach your destination. While they are a source of entertainment, they are also a safety item as they light your way. Can’t say enough good about these cool toilet lights.

I really bought these more as a novelty gift to add to Christmas stockings. I mentioned it to my sister and she purchased them and started using them weeks before Christmas and loved them. She thought of them as a safety feature for her 2 bathrooms without windows. They’re bright-but not too bright. Only drawback is the cat does activate the motion sensor when walking past it the bathroom door. 2months and batteries are still working fine.

These worked great out of the box, but here we are, less than 6 months later, and all 3 of them have stopped working. Even with a fresh battery change, they never started working again. This is the 2nd different "brand" of these that I've bought, and they all quit working after just a few months. So if you don't care about having to throw them away in a couple of months, they're great.Update: 10/8/2020 - I contacted Amazon Cust. Service, and they told me they couldn't help me with a return/refund (first time that's ever happened) and told me to contact the seller. So I did. They sent me a replacement in the mail - got it today. I appreciate the seller sending me another product. Great customer service. :)

We have three bathrooms in our house so this 3 pack was an inexpensive funny find. It seems to be well made and sturdy. It goes on the edge of the toilet bowl , any side you want. It is motion activated so you don't have to put on the bathroom light at night. You have a lot of single colors (8) to match your decor or choose all the colors rotating. My boyfriend says it reminds him of the 60s, heavy man. Buy this for your family and friends you won't regret it. The kids (of all ages) will have fun with this. Batteries not included. Use alkaline to last longer.

Was about to toss two of these into the trash, but decided to try a different brand of batteries. Was surprised to find that the problem was with the expensive new copper topped batteries and not the lights. After two months the lights are working great. The sensors are quite sensitive, as they should be, so you can relocate the lights on the rim of the commode and place them where they function as you want. These lights were coming on unnecessarily whenever someone walked past the bathroom at night, so I placed them closer to the back of the toilet and now they only come on at a closer distance. Very convenient and practical.

If you’re getting up at night, the red light works perfect to keep your night vision intact.Light and sensor work great but the bendable neck that fits along the toilet bowl does not keep shape that well, causing the light to fall when the toilet lid gets lifted.I ended up adding a sticky putty to the bottom of the neck to stick to the toilet bowl and thus far that has been working great.But overall the light and sensor does exactly what I need it to do.2 stars off for the bendable neck as that’s a primary function component that does not work well.

I originally got one as a white elephant gift, well the jokes on them!!! I bought one for every bathroom and for my grandkids. They are great for that potty training toddler, to not waking my husband by turning on the bathroom light at night. My only regret is that I wish I would have gotten them sooner!!!! Ps...my batteries have lasted for over a year in these
