The product is useless is India as the voltage is 120v... they don't provide a converter and the converter is same price as the fondue so no worth it. We proceed with the return of the product, amazon pick it up and until know (6 months) they didn't give refund!

This is really nice I wish I was a little bit bigger but it’s perfect for two people. We were three the first time we used it and it was a bit chaotic but when you’re with two people it’s fine. I love that it’s electric and it warms up really fast. I didn’t boil my broth before putting it in In this machine did the job and boiled it within minutes
