Love the arrangements, lots of good pieces!! It's intermediate difficulty -- most pieces can be sight-read, but not sound too simple. Very happy with the purchase.

As a piano teacher, I purchased this book for many of my students. It has a very comprehensive list of songs, and is perfect for a student that has a good understanding of how to read music. Most songs are in easy keys, and are fun and easy to learn. Perfect book for Christmas performance pieces- many of my students use this book for recitals and family gatherings for the holiday season. And again, the array of songs is great. This book has everything from religious to funny, old, new... I was really impressed with the amount and variety of music. Excellent purchase!

The only holiday music book I had before this was from when I was a very beginner at piano, and I was getting really tired of the simplified arrangements. This book is perfect for my current skill level: an amateur who plays as a hobby on the side. Just challenging enough to keep me interested, but not too hard to be discouraging. Plus, it's fun to have the pop songs included, as well as the traditional songs.

Great book with lots of variety!I’m a fairly good player but I don’t want to spend a ton of time learning music for a holiday.I could pretty much sight read this music but I still need some practice for it to sound smooth and up to tempo. It’s just complicated enough to sound very interesting and not too simple that it’s boring.

This book was exactly what I was looking for. It has all my favorite songs. But there is one rather large flaw -- it is missing 15 pages in the middle. It's clearly a manufacturing error -- not like someone else removed the pages and returned it. Also, there are songs in the book that aren't listed in the index. It's a little odd! I have ordered a replacement and hope all of the pages will be included in the next version. But I'll keep it even if they're not because I honestly love the book.The difficulty level is perfect for me -- it has enough chords and harmonies to sound robust, but it's not so difficult that I have to practice. To give a sense of skill level, I am a relatively experienced player -- took nine years of piano lessons when I was young. But I hadn't played for almost ten years before buying a piano and this book, so I'm rusty!

This book of Christmas music is certainly complete, right from the original Christmas carols, down to the choices of contemporary Christmas music. All of these Christmas songs are quite playable. I just love the book. Thank you.

This is a great music book for Christmas. The music is not too difficult and not at the beginner level. Hal Leonard has been a favourite and this does not disappoint. Lots of variety of Christmas songs and carols. Love it.

I play at a grade 6-7 conservatory level. This book is great for a casual sit down at the piano to play some classic Xmas pieces. Easily arranged, not too simple, not too frustratingly complicated. My favourite is Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.

Really good book, has a big selection of songs, nice for piano and guitars. We had fun doing Christmas carols from it with the family.

I searched for a carol, book for a very long time. The books were either too simple or too challenging. This one is just right.
