Probably the 26 inch plus. There is a range my dog fell into the size indicated as 21-25 inches around the chest. Measure your dog and choose accordingly. Worked great for me!

Q: Does this come with ESA patches?

no this is a service dog vest, not an emotional support animal vest. An esa doesn't need a vest, they do not have the right to public access. A psychiatric service dog does....and would wear a service dog vest. All the patches which say Service Dog are removable, applied with velcro. Hope this helps.

I’ll go with small. My dog is mallet then o got a small and it’s a bit bigger. Straps are long and adjustable
