After a few months' use, my hand arthritis joint pain had lessened
Although they didn't eliminate my joint pain, they reduced it noticeably and increased my digital dexterity. One of the few supplements where improvement is noticeable. Takes time for the effects to be felt, though. Follow the directions and expect to notice the difference in 3-6 months.

Amazing-Must try for hip osteoarthritis
I had been using another ASU based product for 3 years as I follow a plant based lifestyle. It was unavailable at Amazon when I ran out and decided to try Avasun. With the other product, I frequently had to take a low dosage of NSAIDS and always wondered, " is this product doing anything for me?" I am 61 and very active and do not want to get a hip replacement if I can avoid. Within a few days, I noticed a difference with my comfort level and eliminated my usage of NSAIDS. I have been using the product for less than 3 weeks and forget that I have a bad hip when I walk. I am also sleeping better. I would highly recommend for someone that is suffering from joint pain to give it a shot. The price of this product per daily dosage is also cheaper than the supplement that I was taking that did not work nearly as well. Avasun has significantly exceeded all expectations from what I thought was possible with a joint supplement.
