Amazing quality!
I have purchased and repurchased this many times. I primarily mold vintage detailed plastic miniature pieces and kawaii style flat-backs. This stuff allows me to mold my items into 3d push molds. The reason I can do this with this product, and not the others I have tried that it is very hard to tear yet very very flexible. No vacuum de-gassing is required which is a great plus for me as I don't have one. The finished molds are very flexible allowing for great detail yet are very strong and do not tear even with great manipulation of the mold. I am able to invert the finished piece to remove effortlessly. As a matter of fact I can cut into my molds and it is so strong that I don't even have to use a rubber band to hold it together while my resin sets. I have not had this silicone remove any finish from my original pieces in the molding process and it release very easy from my originals. You get a generous amount for the price as well. It starts to set within an hour or two depending on your humidity and temp and it fully cures in about 6 hours. I have used two part casting resin, UV resin, ultra light clays, and clear epoxy resin in my molds with great success. I also tried it with flat-backs and I had no seepage underneath my originals, and the details came out perfect. I highly recommend.

Good stuff. Easy to work with.
Mixed per instructions, no bubbles and cured within hours. I use this silicone to make molds from my wood carvings to then cast replicas with plaster. The molds came out very good and captured all the fine details and so far the plaster castings have come out great. Since I have only cast a couple of parts so far so I don't know how well my molds will hold up. I also intend to try casting with epoxy but have not tried that yet. That is why only 4 stars for Durability. I only gave 4 stars for value only because I wish the containers supplied were actually full. I would like to be able to make more, or larger, molds for the moneyr. I plan on placing another order.

Easy to use, too friable for resin
Pros: Good value, there's a lot of product! Very forgiving formula if you don't measure exactly Very dense, solid result after curingNo worries about air bubblesCons: Messy, esp if using small amounts at a time More friable than a standard silicone mold you might buy - more like a rubber mold Doesn't cure in 6 hours as statedI bought this for my resin crafting, and it's a bit too friable for that purpose. I tore a spot in one mold I made on the first use as I demolded my resin cast. My other molds have held up for several castings, but I don't think they'll last forever. I have to be super careful demolding that I don't stretch the rubber too far. I also do small casts, mainly for jewelry, so I'm using about 2 ounces at a time. These are large jars to pour from, and inevitably some drips down the side, and it's very slick and sticky when not blended 1:1. Both jars have a slick coating on them now (I have about 6 ounces left to use in the jars) and have to be kept in a plastic bin so as not to ruin the surface that they are sitting on. The label states that these have a short shelf life, so I'm using them as quickly as I can; however it's been about a week and as long as I carefully reseal the jars after use they seem to still be working fine.I was concerned about the amount of air bubbles present after mixing 1:1, but the instructions said not to worry so I just went ahead and used the bubbly mixture. I've had no issues with air bubbles messing up my molds. After a few uses I started using a heat gun and just flashing it over the surface to pop the largest bubbles on top - literally just wave it over, as if you use it for any longer the surface will start to cure (and then I worry air won't be able to escape from below the cured surface "skin").I also have repeatedly checked my molds after 6 hours and they are still tacky to the touch and not ready to remove. I've been letting them sit overnight and they're solid in the morning (more like around 10 hours). Not an issue for me, but if you're buying this and counting on it being ready for use in 6 hours, it won't be.All in all, a good product! If you're using resin, though, you probably want something a bit stretchier.

Amazing mold making kit
I love this silicone mold, making kit. The quality of the product is amazing, however, additional supplies are needed in order to ensure molds are made correctly. If I had to critique the kit, the only suggestion I would say, would be to create a different packaging method, as it is sometimes difficult to measure out the two by pouring the silicone part, a and part B into measuring containers, and by scooping measuring spoons or cups into the containers risks the chance of possible cross-contamination of other materials but overall this is my number one best silicone kit I’ve ever used and probably the most affordable on the market at the moment and still have molds created from this kit that are holding up from when my friend, let me test out, there’s prior to me purchasing and the molds are still working to the quality that they were from the first day.
