My saviour!!!
It's light on my stomach unlike other iron tablets that give me constipation!!! My haemoglobin levels have increased. Energy levels are good🙏

It's fine .... But causes loose motion
This tablets don't suit for all body types. I have noticed when ever I had this capsule next day or evn the same day I have bowel problems. The day I skip it I'm absolutely fine. It may not work for all. Hope someone finds this review helpful. Thanks. I still have 4 strips left imma quit using it.
