What is the difference between regular Anomia and Party Edition?

The Regular edition comes with two decks: Red and Blue. The rules are exactly the same fore the "Party Edition", it just comes with 6 decks: Orange, Brown, Purple, Pink, Green, and Pink. The rules are exactly the same, it's just more variety and you can use both versions in the same game if you wish. The regular edition decks contain 92 cards and 8 wilds, the party decks each come with 72 categories, 7 wild, and 2 blank customizable cards...so they are slightly smaller, but there are 3 times as many of them.

Would this be playable with someone that is colorblind?

You must look at symbols to respond to the cards as people quickly turn over a card. Symbols are colored. Although the color of the symbol is not important, the colors/shades of the symbols are not bright or deep in color. A light colored symbol may be difficult for someone to 'read' to and respond quickly. HOWEVER, the game is GREAT! Give it a try. If it works out...it's worth it!
