We basically make a huge batch then freeze some of it and it still comes out tasting great.Long story short, I wanted some authentic Italian tomatoes without paying the huge prices of the other brands that have the "DOP certification". We've tried several different brands from Amazon (including the ones with DOP) and this is by far our favorite and great price. I love that it is just tomatoes and puree...no salt and no basil leaf.
