Walking in the Arctic
I bought a pair of these boots as a back up for a trip to northern Norway. Having read the other reviews I thought that the purchase cost wasn't over expensive if they proved to be no good. Taking into account the previous reviews I bought a pair one size bigger than my normal shoe size so that I could wear the boots with two pairs of thick socks. as it happens the boots were perfectly comfortable, vary warm with the two pairs of socks and fur lining and I used them throughout my trip in preference to the more expensive walking boots that I had with me. I had no problems with the Velcro fastening and the boots stayed in place even when walking through deepish snow. happy to recommend.

Comfortable and good value
Length is as expected, so no danger of tripping. Quite roomy across the foot and around the ankle, but therefore very easy to slip into and/or would accommodate thick socks, and the velcro can be tightened a little from its natural fastening position, so the boots don't slip off when you lift your heel. Very soft, so wouldn't be very supportive on rough ground, but excellent for slush and snow, Seems well enough made, especially for the price.

Comfy, light and value for money
The boots arrived promptly in good order. They fitted well and my son said they were light and easy to put on. Haven't been tested in deep snow yet. Seem waterproof.

inside heel area worn away
very comfy and warm boots had them since January 2019 but unfortunately the material inside the boots where your heels sit has worn away completely and left a hard plastic backing instead which has caused painful blisters to my heels so ...I will be looking to buy another pair of boots elsewhere but pay a lot more for good quality because these are not that well made.

Can't get them tight on your feet
Can't really get them tight because of the strap and not much support so easy to roll you ankle but there comfy and warm wouldn't want to chance them near water should imagine they won't hold up to well but not tested so can't really say!

Bit on the small side
Bought these for my son who is pleased but can’t wear thick socks with them because the size 10 comes up a bit tight. Hopefully they will stretch over time but good in the snow which is what they were bought for.

Seems to be as adveetised
Perfect for an old man like me. Very roomy, easy to put on & take off. Early days but seems to be water resistant & reasonably well made & value for money.
