MY DOG CAN'T BUST OUT OF HERE! Great product and great customer service!
I love this crate! It looks really nice. While I do not recommend putting it together yourself, you CAN if you have to. My husband was overseas when I ordered this crate and I was so desperate for something that my puppy couldn't escape or destroy. I mean, I can't tell you how many times I thought about opening the front door and letting him run away. He was so bad. This dog found a way out of any crate I put him in and he also still peed his crate too so I really needed something that could finally keep him in there. I did so much research and I didn't want to spend too much money. I read all the reviews from this crate because I didn't think it looked sturdy enough to keep him in. I was too excited to get this crate so when it arrived damaged I was pretty upset. HOWEVER, I contacted customer service and got a response right away and a replacement. THIS CRATE KEPT MY DOG INSIDE! There are two latches on the outside and he will occasionally open one, but the second one still holds well and he still can't get out.It honestly looks nice where I have it in the house and it is really easy to clean. I worried about his comfort because of the slats on the bottom, but he's big and I know he doesn't have issues with it because the slats are the right width and the right distance between them. He used to still pee in it but the removable tray was very easy to take out and to clean. He doesn't pee in it anymore, but he drops his treat through the slats and it collects dirt and pet hair. Still no problem to clean up. The wheels on the bottom make it easy to move but they have locks on them so when he rattles his crate a little, it stays put. This is the crate that I wish I had from the very beginning. I love it and it was worth the price. It is an excellent product and my dog stays in in!

Never need to buy another crate
This is a review for all the people out there with escape artists and destructive fur babies. My husky is a menace, she had broken 2 wire crates and I needed something sturdier. All the cages that people recommended were around 400 dollars, I didn't want to pay that on top of the other 2 broken crates so decided to risk this product. Best investment on a crate I have ever made. It works wonderful, dog can't escape (and believe me she has tried) and she actually enjoys being in it. She went right in when I was assembling it. I think she enjoys that the bars are wide and cool, she has a doggie bed but she usually pushes it aside to be directly on the bars.A few things that may concern some people:- The crate is very heavy, so it's not portable. It does have wheels and brakes, but it's not like you can put it in the car and go somewhere for a weekend with your dog.- A woman can assemble it alone but has to get creative, I tied the corners together with plastic zip ties to hold in place while putting it together- There are 2 trays instead of a single big one. Not a concern for me since my dog has never had an accident in her crate, but if you have a puppy that tends to have accidents the gap in the middle could create a leak problem. All in all a wonderful dog cage.

Looks secure, easy to assemble...
The industrial kennel arrived with all parts necessary to assemble. Completed in 40 minutes, by myself. Looks like it will hold my baby girl who is an escape artist/contortionist. One of the trays was cracked but I am sure when I reach out to the company they will address this issue (will let you know).Looking forward to going to work tomorrow and not worrying about my girl, escaping. Easy to assemble, and looks like it will work for a German Shepard with severe separation anxiety. Fingers crossed.

Durable as hell but be careful
I honestly have mixed feelings about giving this such a high review. I have a female, not spayed, highly anxious pit bull. She's eaten and ripped through doors, walls, crates (metal and platlstic). The instructions were subpar and one of the screws I got was literally completely slick, there were no threads on it. My dog has no problem chilling in it when she's got her pillows, she loves it. However I left for maybe 30 minutes and when I came back she had broken her canine (pictured), I even bought her a new toy just for when she's alone in her kennel. Is it chew proof? Yeah I would say so. But now I'm afraid to leave her alone in it again.Update edit: she no longer even tried to get out when she's locked up so we broke that habit and she still loves to hang out in it with her pillows. Loves it in fact

Death trap
The media could not be loaded. Please please please do not put your dog in this crate. My dog in a matter of two hours managed to shave the pads off of his feet.

Easily damaged. Broken before arrival
Crate came in banged up, missing threads for bolts so we have 2 sections that are not completely attached, and with it sections being bent from shipping nothing would align which made assembly difficult. Also this is not a crate for large dogs that have any anxiety. Very thin metal (only decent because our dog doesn't have anything to grab on to or he would have been out in 30 seconds)

strong crate, latches stink.
This was our third crate in under a week with our rescue dog with major separation anxiety. Hallelujah we found this one! I can’t believe how it has helped our pup calm down while we’re gone. He hasn’t been able to chew through this one and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put together AND that the top now bolts into the rest of the crate.I originally rated this a 5, but then my dog learned how to open the tiny latches. So I dropped it to a 3.

Need a safe well built cage that will hold up to any breed. Here it is
I got this for my new labradoodle puppy. He is going to be my service dog. So I knew if we had to be separated he would have a lot of anxiety to get out to me with me. I was right too. We wee separate and thank goodness the cage kept my dog safe in his cage. This cage is strong and chew proof. Yes, anxiety proof. You made need to secure the latches. Because they figure out how to get out. It’s great for raising a puppy. It’s worth every dime. So if you have a dog that’s afraid of storms or being alone. This is the cage you need. Just secure the latches and you or good to go.
