ISOtunes Noise Isolating Bluetooth Earbuds, 26 dB Noise Reduction Rating Earplug Headphones, 4 Hour Battery, Noise Cancelling Mic, OSHA Compliant

This is my second pair of Isotunes earbuds after misplacing my first, a pair of Orange Isotunes Pro earbuds. I bought these as a cheaper replacement for the misplaced buds and it has to be said, while they are good, they are not as good as the Pro version. Technical differences of battery life aside, the tips that come with these are not as good as the flanged tips that come with the Pro version. I use these for very noisy work - at the table saw, circular saw, router etc - and they are excellent at reducing noise. The bluetooth connection to my iPhone is very solid. After initial pairing they connect instantly. Battery life for the headphones is good and they don't drain the phone battery very quickly. I usually have my phone on the mains anyway. Sound quality is excellent. I haven't used them for making phone calls so can't comment on the noise cancelling (I'd switch off tools anyway). Highly recommended. If you're buying for ear protection and expect to be wearing them for long periods, you should definitely consider the Pro version. More expensive but I find the tips more comfortable to wear for extended periods.

The headphones are pretty good. They're comfortable, appear to with well as ear defenders, sound ok, easy to set up. My only gripe would be about battery life seems to only be a couple of hours, so can't just wear them all day in the work shop.

Excellent noise cancelling, you can just exist in your own world. But equally if you change the tips then you can hear around you like with a normal pair of earbuds. Only thing is that I would prefer a longer battery life

Bought them in December 2018 as a Christmas present for the wife and they lasted untill November 2020. Only had infrequent use so not as if they were used lots. One ear bud has failed with a wire issue, if you squeeze the wire near the control box then the bud works as soon as you let go no sound. Contacted the manufacturer they don't want to know just say it's outside it's 12month warranty which is true but these were not cheap. Wife said they were great and loved hers so I bought myself a no name copy brand from Amazon at a quater of the price in Feb 2019 and mine are used every day and have had no issues.

For sure the battery life is fine for what I required ( using whilst cutting my grass using a ride on mower ). The only negative is that the. Buds can sometimes not remain securely inserted In ear - otherwise great earphones for the cost

Really happy with the noise isolation on these. Great for the tube / busy roads / anywhere that planes fly over.

Excellent headphones to use in a workshop

I would give 5 stars if the cable was longer, can feel restricting when joined together by the magnets when not in use

Update on my Review (27-Jan-2017): After my below review, I received an email from the Company and after the apology, they informed me that I might received a defective device and they suggested to send me a replacement, so I agreed and I've been using the replaced one for more than two weeks at Gym and let me say it is incredible device on every level and below are my review in details: Sound Quality: After receiving the new /replaced one, the sound quality looks amazing, very clear & pure in Bass & Treble, The sound won't be disturbing your inner ears. Noise Cancellation: This is one of the main features that made me purchase this device in the first place and I have to say it is outstanding, the music at my gym is very loud and noisy, you feel like you are in the night club (check my attached video), but once I wear this Earbuds (ISOtunes), it just mutes everything around me and it doesn't matter how loud is the music but you won't feel it, it just isolates you from the world, which is perfect for me. Material Quality: The quality of this device is very good, I can't say it is excellent, but it is very good, the used wire, the earbud speaker and ear covers are all very good, on the other hand, a small cover/bag comes with it for putting the device with the charging cable and it looks perfect in order to not lose it. Customer Service: Fort this part, I would give them 6 stars instead of 5 stars, the company customer service are amazing, their dedication and loyalty to their customer are beyond the imagination, they've been emailing me from the first day to know what is wrong with my device and they keep following you and see where is the problem, I requested the customer service team to check my replaced device before sending it to me, since I live abroad and won't be easy to be returned, therefore, the team tested every part of the replaced device and they even send me a written note apologizing about what I've experienced (it was really nice from their side), therefore, my gratitude and appreciation to the entire staff. Battery Life: So far, I can't complain about the battery as I use this device every day for at least 4 hours during my gym, and so far I never reached the level of powering off because of battery, so still I haven't tested the full potential of the battery life. As a result, my final rate will be 5 stars as I'm very convinced with the replaced one and overall, I've to say the value of what you paying for this device is excellent, therefore, I highly recommend this device for any one who wants to be isolated at Gym or working place and enjoy the music that you want listen without any additional noise (See attached photos and video) Old Review (21-Dec-2016) I purchased this product 2 to 3 weeks ago based on the review rate and the features that I've seen on promotion, I thought the sound quality will be very good not perfect but at least very good, but unfortunately, it is not even good, it is very very low with zero features related to Bass and Treble, so I don't recommend this product if you care about the Sound Quality, even noise isolating is not good, as I was in a noisy cafteria with high music on and I just couldnt hear my music at all), plus my friend was talking to me very clearly, so I really dont understand this product is good for what???? It looks like I've purchased an expensive foam for my ear. I believe headphones or earbuds should not be only about the noise cancellation, we purchase it for the sake of enjoying the music quality at Gyms or noisy environments without being annoying by other voices, that's why the noise cancelling invented, but if the noise cancelling/ isolating become the main feature and the music quality be nothing, in this case evn the noise cancelling is nothing. Overall, this product is just an expensive earplug not earbud headphones therefore, I highly don't recommend this product at all, as i live abroad and I cant even return it to the seller, so tht means I paid this amount for nothing, so please be careful.

I ordered this pair of headphones less than a year ago since I work around quite a bit of loud engines and machinery at my job. I was very impressed by the sound quality these headphones were capable of producing (Very comparable to Bose in my opinion), but was a little less satisfied with the noise cancellation. While they do a decent job and cancel out most noise, they don't do a great job. I primarily am around pressure washer engines that tend to be quite loud, but even if I am a couple of feet off from the pressure washer, I can still hear quite a bit of the hum. I usually end up having to turn up my music/podcast to be quite loud (2/3 volume or more) to be able to cancel out nearly everything. As I mentioned before, I have had these earbuds less than a year. Unfortunately, in that time, one of the earbuds has already stopped working. I had noticed the sound fading in and out about 2 weeks ago, but as of a couple days ago, the sound has gone completely out. I am a bit disappointed at the short lifespan of these earbuds. For $60, I would have expected much more of this product. In summary, if you're not working in super close proximity to loud engines, I'd say the noise cancellation on these are quite decent, but for my purposes, I was a bit dissatisfied. The sound quality is excellent, and I'd buy them again for that alone. The battery life is ok, but often cuts out prior to 4hours despite it claiming to be able to go for that long. Not super happy with the quality/lifespan of it seeing as one of my earbuds has already stopped working less than one year in.

I am now on my third pair of ISO headphones. The noise dampening and audio quality is really great. I even like to wear these away from the wood shop and whenever headphones are desired. I've worn my pair for as much as 5-6 hours in a row without any discomfort. I regularly like to use them on all kinds of phone calls, even when not necessary. I wear them in the wood shop, using yard equipment, using skid loaders and even out shooting. A minor gripe, the audio will cut out briefly from time to time as the Bluetooth connection will drop but it only ever lasts a few seconds and can be largely eliminated by placing my phone out on a workbench instead of my pocket. I wish the battery life was better but that's available in the new upgraded version which I intend to buy next time I need a replacement or have a little extra cash to spend. My first set was an ISO tunes pro which worked well and had better battery life however, i lost the set! No idea what happened to it, probably dropped out of my pocket somewhere along the line. I had a great experience with the first set but didn't have the money to get a replacement PRO so I bought this 'original' pair. My second set therefore was this ISO tunes original. I actually prefer this model over the pro set due to the magnetic snap together and I like the simple earbud design better. It's less complex to get in my ear, super comfortable and just all around great design. The set worked great for 6 months of daily use however, this set did wear out when the wire between the volume control and the headphone developed a break. I emailed ISO tunes support and let them know about the problem, below is their response to me. [[ Hi Andrew, I'm very sorry to hear one of the earbuds is defective, but thanks for reaching out to let us know. Sometimes we see issues like that for no apparent reason, but this is covered under our 1 year warranty. Thanks for sending over your Amazon order number. I got my set and promptly put them on. They were not fully charged so all I got was a few minutes teaser. After a full charge I was very impressed not only with the sound quality of the music but perhaps more with the quality of the ear plugs themselves. Even with music off these are far better than those provided by my company. I really like the magnets that hold them in place around my neck when not in use. They are very comfortable to wear with the silicone tips. I don't like the foam earplugs because most every type I have tried makes my ears hurt. I didn't try the foam plugs supplied at all and went straight to the silicone. As far as the review for hearing protection alone I give these a big two thumbs up! Now to the audio side of things that everyone buys these for. I think they are great! Easily synced to my phone, controls are easy to feel and use. I have wired BEATS earbuds and I like these every bit as well. I've spent a whole lot more for far less quality earbuds WITH wires. Now for my single gripe thus far. I think the play time of six hours is accurate, that isn't the disappointment, it is what they said it would be. My issue is the length of time it take to charge them back up. I currently have them plugged into a port in my laptop and it takes a couple of hours to charge them from a the USB. Next charge will be direct into the wall and hopefully will cut that recharge time down. Thus far though I am impressed and the only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the recharge time. If that cuts down wall direct then I'll add that star. After a several days of use I have to change my rating back to 3 stars. The sound quality is great! The hearing protection, great! The fit, magnets, cable length all great! The battery is 3.5 to 4 hours as advertised, not great but exactly what they said it was. Here is the kicker, it takes 2 1/2 hours to charge them back up from the USB on my laptop and 1.5 hours from directly into the wall outlet. That kind of stinks that I will spend nearly as much time charging as I can listening. I would just bump up to the pro with all my likes on these but... they don't have the magnets which are super cool and functional to keep these on your neck. The charge time also isn't impressing me, I really want to love these but I think it is more of a like.

These ear buds cancel noise very well. I work in a noisy environment and they do the job well. Audio quality is lacking, they are not beats audio. Battery life is not even close to the advertised life. I get exactly 4 hours of use on a full charge. The advertised life is 8..... Update: Oct 22, after 3 months of use, the left ear bud no longer works. These earbuds should last longer than that for the $50 price tag. Disappointed, would not recommend.
