We have slowly purchased this brands knives over time. I cant recomend them enough. We've bought so many different sets of knives, and even have a few Cutco knives. When I tell you these stay so sharp, they outdo our Cutco knives! The durability and quality is by far the best! The value for the quality is so worth it in my opinion. The weight and fit in yiur hand is perfect!

Shhhh. Don't tell the manufacturer but this is a real steal. I love Amazon deliveries! I opened up the box like a kid at Christmas. The box is beautiful and the blade well protected. The knife was nestled in foam, covered with plastic with a small blob of plastic on the tip. I shucked all that and promptly cut myself on the very sharp blade! So be careful when you unbox this beauty. It is a lovely piece of workmanship. The blade has a stamped design on the blade, the wood is attractive. The balance was good and it felt right in my hand. I use this size knife more than any other of the knife sizes in my collection. My Victronix blade this size went missing last year and I sorely miss it so I bought this. I love the feel in my hand. It is not plastic and does not have that nasty, textured plastic for a handle but real wood. So, very sharp. Well balanced. Fit my hand and made me feel like I am Gordon Ramsey ready to slay a crate of onions. The handle has a lovely feel to it. It chops and slices beautifully. Only time will tell if it holds up as well as my other knives and becomes my favorite.

Much nicer knife than expected. Excellent balance. Very sharp out of the box. Bought this as a bar knife for prepping cocktail garnished and processing ingredients. It has excelled at those tasks. Very slicey and nimble in the hand. Absolutely would recommend to a friend.
