This product was a disappointment - the quality is very low, simply a gloss printed paperback faux marble design, not even properly bound! Any chance of a refund?

I bought this recently and noticed that it is just printer paper that has pure black dots that are very distracting on it, all markers i own go throught the paper so you can only use pencil on it. The cover is just what seems to be a folded peice of card that has an image of a different bullet journal on it, that is why the spine is a differnt colour from the rest of the cover. The front is also blury and looks more like smudges than a marble print.I would not reccomend.

Brilliant book, bought for daughter just getting into bullet journalling, she loved it and is really enjoying being very creative.
