It is well made of quality materials but has 2 design flaws that made it a complete nightmare to install. I have used lots of 3 piece ball valves and to use this ball valve your pipes have to be moved back 1/2" on both sides to use this valve. I had to remove all the supports to the piping to get enough room to put the center section in. The whole point of a 3 piece ball valve is you shouldn't have to move the pipes to put the center section in. That is why 3 piece ball valves are used to work on existing pipes. Then because I had very little room to get the center section in the super thin fiddly o-rings on both sides wouldn't seat correctly. Very annoying for a ball valve going in a critical location. Fortunately finally after 6 hours of messing with it we were able to turn the water back on. It seems well made but because of that design issue and super flimsy o-rings I can't really recommend using this product. It needs to be redesined the way 3 piece ball valves are suppose to work.
