Works Well
I have been buying incontinence underwear for my disabled SIL while she has been staying with us. Daytime use works well, Nighttime use requires the wearer to change immediately when she wakes up. Sometimes her bed was dry but mostly not. She had both daytime and nighttime underwear.

confusing wording listed
Listing is confusing. count 45 size XL 3 set $71.52 ($0.53/count) I was expecting 3 sets of 45 which would be $0.53 per unit. not 45 for $71.52 which is $1.59 per unit. How can you explain it?

Went back to my previous brand
I didn’t like these much at all. The material nor the fit. L/XL actually was a bit lose and the leg holes gapped open. So without a snug fit around the legs there would surely be leakage if out in public and couldn’t get to a bathroom in time. I don’t trust these so I went back to my previous brand but a different style.
