God answered my prayers when he showed these to me! I only wish I would have discovered these five years ago. I have been going through perimenopause and my hormones have been causing me a lot of problems at work and at home. I had terrible mood swings, bad road rage and noises were getting on my nerves to the point where I know my coworkers thought I was crazy. I had turned into a mean irritable person to the point where I couldn't stand myself. I want to say this is the first review I have ever wrote. I have bought hundreds of items over the years online and have never wrote a review. While I rely on the reviews to give me insight before I buy something I feel it necessary to let everyone who reads this know how much these have helped me. I received my first bottle on March 8, 2018 but wanted to wait until I had blood work done by our nurse at work before I started taking them. I am 50 years old and my blood work definitely showed that I was in menopause. Although I got my results from the blood work on March 13, 2018 I had a GYN appointment on March 22, 2018 and was going to wait until after my appointment to start taking the Evening Primrose. Well all I can say is I had a strong feeling (from God) to go on Amazon and read some of the reviews that morning before my appointment that afternoon. After I read about 20 reviews I decided to take one of the pills before going to work. After taking that one pill that morning before work, I can honestly say that I have not gotten mad, been irritable, had road rage and noises have not gotten on my nerves since that first pill! As of today I have only been taking them 11 days, taking two pills a day, 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I am calling them my MIRACLE pills. This is the GODS honest truth. I was so close to getting on hormone pills and I thank God for helping me find these sports research evening primrose pills. I want to personally thank everyone at Sports Research for the great life changing results that I have had!!! My husband thanks you too!!! If I continue to feel this good I will be taking them for the rest of my life!!! If you are going through perimenopause or have PMS symptoms that are making you miserable, please try these evening primrose pills before getting on hormone pills. I have told my coworkers, my friends and my family about my great experience with these pills. I have ordered 5 more bottles. Some to give away to my family and friends and some for myself. I don't want to ever run out. I have not felt so calm and peaceful in a long time. I was getting angry and having terrible road rage just about every day. All noises were one of my biggest problems. I work in a manufacturing warehouse with loud machines and felt like I was about to go insane, even with earplugs in my ears as far as I could put them. Noises from fast food restaurants with the machines beeping letting the workers know the food is ready, the music from the ice cream truck, the dogs breathing, I could go on but just about all noises were getting on my nerves!!! WOW, I love this! Does everything it says it will. About 12 years ago I injured my back and from there everything went down hill. After 2 years I had to quit a job that I had for twenty years because I just did not feel well enough to go everyday. As time went on, I grew more and more tired and just didn't want to do anything. I have been a huge gardener (flowers) and even that became a chore that I was not enjoying like I always had. I could barely make it thru the day and I never got a good nights sleep, it was hard to fall asleep and I would wake up all night. And the same thing went on day after day. I just did not enjoy life anymore and I didn't even enjoy my many hobbies either. I stopped doing everything I used to love, and became a recluse in my house never wanting to go out anymore. I never thought I would feel like I did a long time ago. I was the one that never sat down, had enough energy for two people and loved life. Then I became a totally different person and I didn't like it. I was continually searching for something that would help me feel better, I read everything I could get my hands on, and I also went to several doctors for help. One of my blood test showed I had very low hormone and thyroid levels. So I started taking bio-identical hormones and thyroid meds. And even after 3 years of taking these I still did not feel any better. So for the last tens years I was feeling pretty down and like a lost cause. I felt that I would never feel like my old self again. But I countinued researching hoping I would find something to help me and then I finally found it. I AM SO HAPPY AND BACK TO MY OLD SELF! I could not believe that after taking 1 pill for 2 days, I felt better than I have in 12 years. And every day after I had much more energy and began to join life again. Evening primrose is my miracle! Seriously! I started feeling better than I have in 12 years. I couldn't believe it. When I read the Customer reviews and what this did for so many people I knew I had to try this, after all what did I have to lose...the price is reasonable and I felt that it couldn't do any harm so I bought it. And I noticed the second day that I felt more energy than I have in a long time. And everyday I started feeling better, I have more energy, I enjoy gardening again and some of the things I used to do. I get out of the house every chance I get because it's fun again. And I sleep better than I have in a long time. I will NEVER stop taking this! I don't know if this will work the same for everyone, but it did for me and I am thrilled!

Ok so far 5 starts and I’ll explain why:) I’m 38 and my periods were killing me after I got off the pill 8 years ago. I had cramps, heavy flow and painful chin area acné to name a few symptoms. The first day was a nightmare, I would have cramps that I had to stop driving and stop everything, Aleve didn’t help much. I ordered and took these about 3 weeks before my period. The first day I had minor cramps and headache but not even close to usual symptom intensity. I didn’t even take Aleve! I didn’t get the usual acne red and fat bumps, just one little one:) the rest of the period was like it wasn’t even there! I took one a day with breakfast. Pills are large but manageable to swallow. Since it worked, I’ll continue with this dose. I’ll update my review after several more months. To people that left 1 Star review for this product...as a person struggling with acne my whole life, I would say there is no miracles that can take it away. There is a combination of products and care that can maintain the acne skin clean but not one single solution. I’ve noticed people gave up on this pill 2-3 days after blaming this pill for more acne...what I would say, it takes time for some things to work and maybe it gets worse BEFORE it gets better because your body is forced to purge some stuff out. So if your acne gets worse, you can try to continue for another week or two and see what happens. Update: 4 months later...I stopped taking the pills for about a month after I ran out after the first bottle. I feel like a few weeks later I started feeling the difference...I believe I was less excited to have sex and more moody. The periods when I was taking one a day for 3 months became much less painful, maybe the first day slight cramps which are relieved by taking Aleve but not how it was before. I ordered a second bottle and started taking them again. Why not, it’s inexpensive and natural, doesn’t irritate my stomach and helps balance my hormones.

Permanent menopause symptoms run in my mom's side of the family, and unfortunately I inherited them. The main problem so far is very strong hot flashes, at least 20 a day. Especially miserable for comfortable, uninterrupted sleep. There have also been bad results in my family from hormone therapy and prescriptions of any kind, so by necessity herbal supplements are my go-to. Historically, my family has used Black Cohosh, which is what I originally tried. Black Cohosh isn't supposed to be used for long, uninterrupted periods of time, however. I also noticed that while the Black Cohosh limited the severity of my hot flashes, it also caused me to feel somewhat angry and depressed (not unmanageably) all the time -- which is also prevalent in Mom's side of the family. No other noticeable side effects from Black Cohosh so far, and cutting down on caffeine does seem to help a bit with the mood issues. I decided to try Evening Primrose oil -- this one in particular since it was highly rated on Amazon. VERY interesting results. Instead of my hot flashes being reduced in severity, they're instead reduced in FREQUENCY. So, the hot flashes are just as strong, but now I'm only having about 10 a day instead of 20+. My mood is significantly better, too. Haven't noticed any other effects. One drawback is that the Evening Primrose capsules are much larger than the Black Cohosh capsules. Serious "horse pills" to swallow. SO, for me at least, Black Cohosh reduces the SEVERITY of the hot flashes but also seems to make me (manageably) grumpy. Evening Primrose reduces the FREQUENCY of the hot flashes and seems to leave me in a better mood. I know some people take both Evening Primrose and Black Cohosh at the same time, but because both herbs are blood thinners, I refuse to do that. As I stated earlier, Black Cohosh also isn't supposed to be taken for long periods of time -- Not sure about Evening Primrose. So, I think I'll try switching between the two -- use up one bottle of Evening Primrose, and then switch to a bottle of Black Cohosh until that's used up, back and forth, etc., etc.

My wife loves this brand and believes that improves skin quality as well as women's general health. Value for money is suitable. The dosage and ingredients are consistent. A happy wife is a happy life!!

I’m currently 9months pregnant and 36wks along. I started taking these per my midwife’s recommendation. This will be our first and I’m going to try and go natural if I can. I’ve been taking these, along with 6 Dates daily, a couple Okra capsules 450mg, and raspberry leaf tea twice a day for the past week and a half and when I went to this last Dr Apt, they said I’m thinning nicely and already a fingertip dilated! They confirmed, none of these things induce labor but are evidence backed and proven to help your thick cervix to thin out and shorten pushing and labor time making things a lot easier on your body when it does decide to go into labor. It helps balance hormones and anxieties and can help with the postpartum and nursing side of things as well. I’m really happy with these as they’re easy to swallow, kept very natural and pure, and are effective! I take it at night so I’ve never noticed any upset symptoms, on the contrary, I find I sleep deeper with better dreams. Such a win for me! Update: I take Fluoxetine or Prozac for anxiety and learned that this supplement blocks it’s effectiveness as well as a couple other types of meds - do your research first. I had to stop taking the primrose oil so that I could function peacefully again. It instantly made a difference. I’ve also learned that this should be an intermittently used supplement as long term use can lead to inflammation and blood clotting problems. It’s best used for short durations typically around periods(PMS) symptoms and end of pregnancy etc. Just thought I’d pass the info along in case it applies to anyone else.

I bought this to help with hot flashes. It worked the first day I took it. I can sleep at night without sweating to death now. This stuff is amazing. It is easy to take and doesn’t give you any aftertaste.

I'm going to write the review of this product that I wanted to read when I was ordering this. It has to do with WHY I ordered it. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and unless I go into labor on my own, my doctor only wants me to have a scheduled c-section. Frankly, I feel like I'm being bullied into it and I'm trying to avoid it if at all possible. There is no solid medical reason for it. So, step one in the labor process is softening the cervix. The doula and midwife have all recommended EPO for this. Please note that this does NOT begin labor, it does not even cause contractions. It simply prepares your body for that. After getting their okay I first purchased something locally that was very expensive and only came in a liquid form, so I couldn't use it as directed. It will make your head spin to see how many products are out there. Most are marketed with language that "is not supported by the FDA" that list softening the cervix as a purpose or potential use for EPO. This product does not list that, though one of the bullet points lists prostaglandin production as a benefit. Prostaglandin is essential for softening the cervix, your body will naturally produce it as your time approaches. Since I need to show some "progress" towards natural labor I started with this. About this product, for this purpose: -This product is a great quality product that I feel comfortable using and relying on to be consistent in dosage and ingredients -The capsules dissolve completely. I won't get into how they are used (ahem) but they work exactly how I need them to -Though the capsules are large, they are relatively easy to take orally -If you don't want or need to swallow a full capsule then they are very easy to puncture and drain. The oil inside is very consistent and even tastes like the EPO oil I got from the local compounding pharmacy for way too much money -The packaging is a flip-top type bottle so it's easy to use. If you need to childproof it you will need a different bottle on hand Now, if you're reading this because you are in the same boat as I am, you want to know if it works. Well, yes, apparently it does. I really do not know if the effect was incidental to timing or to the use of this product, but I went from 0% and hard to 50% effaced and 1cm in less than 5 days. The first 24 hours of use produced some very mild, low cramping sensations but that was it. Depending on how you are taking them you need to start with a single dose and monitor yourself for any side effects. If you have any GI issues, feel nauseated, get headaches, or become dehydrated from the GI issues you are taking too much. This is a high dosage for this purpose, if you're at all concerned you need to order a lower dose. I do plan to continue to take it after this baby is born (though not right away) because it has some other purposes that I was looking for anyway. This is basically all I'm doing to try and encourage things to take the next step, other than the usual walking and whatnot. I'm very pleased that it seems to have worked as efficiently as it has. My doctor was mildly surprised to see progress and we are now looking at this birth as a trial of labor instead of scheduled c-section. That was exactly what I had as my goal and it's been achieved. Again, I don't know that I could say with 100% authority that this product is entirely the reason for it but all the evidence points to it. Talk to your medical professionals that are willing to discuss the use of alternative products and make sure this is a safe use for this product, and if so then I definitely recommend this company and product specifically.

Buen producto

It's a great product. You need months, but you have excellent results. Good for skin, orina infections (my mother had for years and after less one year taking the product, never more, menopause and if you have the period. In general is good for hormons and for men too.

It def does sth with hormones cuz I got my periods a week earlier and they lasted a day longer. I havent noticed any change in my hair yet but I somehow have positive feel for these pills.
