I can't believe these have no sugar!
These are very low carb cookies, made with almond flour and alternative / natural sweeteners. Whatever the recipe is, BisKeto nails it! The cookies taste, and have the mouth feel, of delicious shortbread cookies. I really liked that there were very few, simple ingredients too. What's amazing is that the cookies have only 1 gram of net carbs (in case you're counting). The variety box was lovely, and came with a note from the seller.As for the flavors, lemon, lavender and cardamon were all very delicate and unique. These flavors are elegant and sophisticated. The coffee cookie had dark spots from real coffee powder. My favorite, though, was the almond cookie. It tasted like a cookie you'd get in Italy, like the amaretti cookies.I am excited to have found these delicious cookies and will recommend them to anyone who is trying to cut out sugar and carbs but not flavor.

These are fine, I probably won't buy again
Perhaps if I were more dedicated to keto eating I would appreciate these more. I found them palatable and they are one of the better keto treats that I have tried, but they were not remarkable enough to keep buying. I bought the sample pack and I liked the lavender version the best. For the reviewers that think these taste exactly like shortbread cookies, I would say that it must have been a very long time since they last had a real shortbread cookie. I didn't find any similarity between these and shortbread cookies other than the color. However, if you are super strict on your keto diet, these may be a good treat for you.

Delicious cookie, perfect Keto bite!
Yummy! Reminds me of buttery shortbread with a hint of lemon. It’s great to have a quick Keto dessert on hand when my sweet tooth kicks in or like tonight when the rest of the family was having birthday cake I had my BisKeto and didn’t feel like I was missing out! Can’t wait to try other flavors!

tasty but very crumbly, not portable
Every cookie in my box was crumbled or broken. Leaving three stars for the texture/delicateness. You can't take these things anywhere or they will crumble. I was hoping to be able to toss a pack in a bag to take to work or to travel, but there's no way, they are completely un-portable. They even crumble from touch when you are eating them. However, I did enjoy the taste of my crumbs very much. I got the lemon and the taste was like a delicious lemon shortbread with a real lemon flavor. Too bad they are too crumbly.

THE BEST KETO-FREINDLY SNACK!!
BisKeto's divine cookies are utterly scrumptious. They fill you up so much that just two can sustain you for hours. They are delicious, moist and beautifully flavorsome. It is incredible that something without sugar and carbs can taste so good and fill your belly for so long. Every Keto-friendly snack I have tried always left a sour aftertaste in my mouth, but not these cookies! Between the extra hunger caused by some of my medications, and my sweet tooth , it was very difficult for me to be consistent on my Keto diet. Bisketo cookies have changed the game and made dieting more easy and fun! The packaging is gorgeous and elegant, delivery and service were fantastic, and the cookies are divine. I cannot praise them enough.

Keto Cookie Holy Grail
These are super moist cookies that hold together well. Excellent texture and mouth feel, basically a very moist short bread. The flavors are subtle, except the coffee one. That cookie punches you with the scent of coffee. My single suggestion for improvement is a bit more of the cardamom and lavender in the respective cookies. if you are doing keto, and want cookies, then buy these.

Delicious!!!
Happy I found this new cookie!I was excited to try these cookies since other keto cookies have changed a bit. The Cardamom cookies are delicate and have a subtle taste of the spice. They are a nice combination of buttery and nutty and you can also taste some vanilla in them. If you are tracking carbs, they are only 1g net, which is great. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

These are very delicious cookies. It's hard to believe that they are Keto, Paleo, sugar free and gluten free. Makes me feel like I'm cheating. I wish there was a way to order more of them at a time and/or that they were available more often. They seem to sell out fast and there's a reason for that.
