Right out making great bread
Easy to follow instructions. Have made 4 loaves so far and all great. First was a 10-grain bread and it turned out great. Pan is easy to remove, easy to clean and the loaves slide right out. When mixing the machine is not noisy, can easily have it running while I am doing other things and don't even notice it. Fits on my counter great, and being stainless steel looks great.

Gorgeous looking machine, if only we could make it work!
I have an earned Ivy League PhD and my significant other has a degree in engineering. Between us we spent six hours a week ago trying to get this darned machine to turn out a loaf of bread. The thing had such a hair trigger that we were never able to set the controls and have it cycle through; I'll try again in a week or so when I am less frustrated.

Great bread maker and easy to use
The best recipe is the whole wheat bread. It takes less than 3 minutes to load the bread maker and three hours later you are getting the tasty bread which is with known ingredients and delicious. Also, the smell is great. Overall you know what you are eating and getting fresh bread. For a family of two, it is one time per week procedure to have a loaf of bread at home and much cheaper compare to quality/price from the supermarket.

Works ok, bad instructions.
First off, this is my third bread maker in about 20 years.Unpacking...all items expected to be there showed up. It was a brown box immediately surrounding the manufacturer's box. All packed well. The included measuring spoon is a plastic job with a teaspoon measure (small spoon in the directions) and a tablespoon (large in directions) on the other end. Some folks have complained about the cover getting hot, but it is what I expected from a small oven device made from sheet metal (like my other bread makers in the past). The bad part? The directions translated into English are pretty bad. Basically, all you get out of them is "push the buttons". Translate the word "fermentation" to "bread rising". You have to read and then reread sentences to try to get the meaning through the spelling and grammar issues.I translated the ingredient weights into dry measurements once in the little manual so I wouldn't have to ever do that again. The attached picture is my first loaf made with the new machine. I used the basic recipe from my previous 2 pound bread maker that I have been using for years (recipe remembered out of my head). Settings were for a basic white bread, 1000g (2 pound loaf), with a medium crust.

Best feature: Ceramic coated pan & paddle
We've been exclusively eating home made bread last 10 years (i.e. we do not buy/eat industrial bread). So we're heavy users of bread machines. In 10 years we used many brands; Zojurishi, Breville, Hamilton Beach etc. They all have one common weakness (leaving aside their individual issues); teflon (or pfoa) coating. Even the best "non-stick" ones stick to your bread, pain to clean etc. Not to mention chemicals you are exposed to.Pan (and specially paddle) of our last Hamilton Beach became so badly sticky that I was looking for spare parts (pan and paddle) to replace. It costs about $50-60 with shipping. Then I saw this product (on-sale) for almost same amount. It mentioned ceramic coating and the pan looked like compatible with Hamilton Beach. I thought that may be I can use the pan in Hamilton Beach. When I received it; of course the pan did not fit in to Hamilton Beach machine (bottom 3-spokes are slightly off-angle).So I tried this machine right away. To my amazement; baked loaf slides right off the pan, with absolutely not a single molecule of bread sticking. Paddle stays in the loaf. After few minutes of cooling; you can remove it with your fingers; also without any residue on the paddle. I've never seen anything like this.Few years ago I've written to Breville support asking; "would Breville be coming out with ceramic coated pans?". Breville (supposed to be "Apple of kitchen utilities" representative replied that; "no near future plans". Not only not coming out with improved product; Breville exited bread machine products all together! Here is greed of western companies for you. They'd never change any design as long as they can get away with it. So much for "known / quality brands".Now I see (in Amazon) 2-3 Chinese (never heard of brands) exist with ceramic coated pans. Chinese manufacturers really are shredding away old "made in China" stigma and coming up with good (even better) products at fraction of cost compared to western manufacturers. Amazon is a platform to showcase such high value products. Yes; most of such Chinese products you buy from Amazon are not likely to have service & spare parts infrastructure behind them. But at such value/cost proposition; people are most likely to take that risk, at least for household items.About the machine itself; heater has enough power to bake 2-pounds bread. So many options in the menu. Touch screen buttons is a bit "too touchy". Display goes completely dark after few seconds - you have to touch menu button to bring it back on (to see remaining time). But all in all; it's good value. Specially that ceramic coating feature is priceless.I'll report if there are any issues as time goes by.

Manual not included
I didn’t like that it didn’t come with a manual. This is my first bread machine so I would have appreciated a manual. Can’t find info online for this model either. Apart from that, it seems to work as needed.

Great as expected
Today is my first time trying this machine. It was awsome. The packaging and machine condition were great and the instruction manual is clear. I bought this one according to reviews and it was as I expected. Note: in my country voltage is 220 so I used power converter 1000 VA 110v. Thank u.

Bought a broken machine and paying for return
Excited to open box. I cleaned and started operate. None of touch screen is working except power button. However, it turns back on itself when it is plugged on. I turned it off few times while I am looking for customer service number. No number is to be found on instruction manual or online. I requested for return, and it appears to be that I have to pay for postage.
