Revised: Customer Service on Point
UPDATE: So after my review Customer Service reached out to me, they asked what they could do to improve the product. What I liked and didn't like about it. They responded quickly and even though I was beyond the return on Amazon, they granted me the return on the device anyway. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Also thanks for listening to suggestions. It is one thing to have good service another to really listen to feedback.Thanks again.I bought this because I travel a lot. Carrying all the adapter plugs and cables to charge my 7 devices I need to bring on the road was proving too much. I got this to see if I could replace all that I was carrying. The plug is as big as a USB mouse. It is heavy as well, but still I tried figuring one plug instead of 4 adapters. I should have tested it before my trip because I found out the hard way that it doesn't charge USB C devices. The android tablet I brought was dead after two meetings with no way to recharge it unless I bought an adapter plug. I missed the return window as I was gone for two weeks for work. If you are using this in your home for your nightstand or you don't travel as much for business like I do this may be the solution for you. For me it is something I can't use.

Not for Travel
The description says this USB hub is for travel, and they only show pictures of the rollup portion of the charging hub. What they don't show you is the outrageous size of the power converter, so I will. Using just a standard non-travel power hub will take up much less "cube" space in your suitcase than this hub with its converter. And no, it is not a battery, you need the power converter for this hub to work.

Great charging station for travel
This product has worked great since we purchased it two weeks ago. So far, we've been using it around the house. My wife and I have Samsung phones, and our son has an iPhone. It has charged them with no problem. We bought this to take camping when outlets are more scarce. I'm confident that it will do the job.

Great travel tool
I purchased this for my husband who travels for work and has a lot of devices that he needs to plug in while he's on the road. So far it works great and is very compact for easy packing and travel.
