Natrol Liquid Melatonin for Adults, 1 mg, Berry-Flavored, 2 Fl Oz

I have always had a difficult time sleeping. I've also had a difficult time finding some thing that helps me sleep. I dread taking sleeping pills, so I've been on the hunt for something more natural that will work for me.This liquid melatonin comes in a dropper bottle so that you can easily administer a 1 mg dose which is what is recommended for a good night's sleep. It's berry flavored and tastes pretty good. After using for a few nights, I fell asleep pretty quickly and I stayed asleep for a longer period of time than normal. It doesn’t make me oversleep or get up feeling out of sorts. That’s a huge plus on my end.Not only is it in an inexpensive alternative but it is an effective one. This will be part of my bedtime regimen from now on. I would definitely recommend.

I use this product for my 2 sons with severe ADHD. Sleep is a nightmare with them! I found that I did not need to give them a full dosage to obtain the results I was looking for and it's for this reason I will continue to order it. I have not been able to find this dosage in any of my local stores in liquid form nor have I found anything that can beat its price! My youngest son has an issue with taking medicines due to his special needs and I was able to mix this into his juice box without him even noticing! Within half an hour of him taking it, he is ready for bed and sleeps like a dream all night. His mood in the morning is refreshing! I can definitely see the difference in him from using this. My older son tried it without juice and did not care for the taste. Could just be because he's picky. I give him the same dosage as my younger son and while it doesn't help him sleep as well as his brother, he is easier to put to bed and falls asleep better. I could probably up his dosage to obtain the same results as his brother. Very pleased with this product and will continue to order it.

Natural Liquid Melatonin, 1mg. Use it every night. Like it because liquid under the tongue absorbs into system fasted and (1mg) is just the right amount. Hard to find in stores, as they are always trying to up-sell to higher unnecessary dosages.

I’ve been using melatonin to help me fall asleep on nights when I just can’t seem to shut my brain off. I took this liquid melatonin about an hour before bed, and it really works—I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night. One thing to note: you’ll need to take four droppers (each 1 mL) to get a total of 1 mg of melatonin. That’s quite a bit of liquid, and unfortunately, the taste reminds me of Robitussin cough syrup. However, chasing it with water helps make it more tolerable.Despite the taste, I’d still recommend this product if you’re struggling with falling asleep. The effectiveness outweighs the unpleasant flavor for me.

Make you go to sleep fast

The micro dose is perfect for my needs

I switched from the gummy to the liquid because my teen got braces. This helps him fall asleep.

Gets the job done but tastes gross.
