I was open to ordering this comforter and have been totally delighted with what I received. This one lives up to its advertised features and is a lovely weight, color, fill and quiet article of bed linens. Very satisfied here. Thank you!! Review: Super light, puffy and attractive, but loud (less soft) outer material - Wife and I tried several comforters for South Florida summers (granted we keep it frigid in the house) and were looking for something super light weight that would keep us warm enough under the ceiling fan and A/C, but not have us sweating. This one does it, and still has some puffiness to it. The downside it, without a duvet cover (which we are not using - the gray works with our décor) it is incredibly loud. The fabric itself is more of the issue, rather than the fill. I personally do not like it when the sheet isn't between me and it either, but as a top layer in a warm climate, it is the best we have found. It is lightweight, but doesn't seem evenly filled. It's not quiet as promised. It's slightly larger than the average king size comforter. The color is pretty and it is reasonably soft.
