No Oil indicator
In the process of adding this into my Buell blast to get a much needed tach without adding an extra gauge off the handlebars. The guide is pretty poor I'd like to make a proper one up so others can use it. The biggest gripe I have is that my bike has an oil pressure indicator and this gauge completely lacks that functionality. What the diagram refers to as OIL is actually the fuel gauge. I had to buy a separate oil pressure indicator which is slightly frustrating.Edit: This did require a tach converter for my Buell Blast which was upsetting considering the rest of the gauge worked fine. Tach always was off by 1/2 before spending nearly $100 on a Dakota digital tach converter. All settings on the tach made my tach reading even lower. I also do not know why but the battery light does not appear to function properly hopefully it was just an oversight on my end or my battery configuration possibly. Also to note, this speed sensor will NOT work with most OEM speed sensors. If I didn't own a 3d printer and a clue how to design a mount and magnet retainers I would not have a functioning speedometer on this bike from this gauge. Most important thing I want to note though is as said before the directions are not super useful but for the price point and the way this gauge actually looks when it is working properly it's better then I expected.

Red & black wire together is hot & green is ground then you can test all your options
Amazon also offers the samdo bracket for this tacho.. for every bike there's going to be a little difference because every bike does not have the same options - if your bike does not come factory with fuel gauge you will not have it with this according to your bike is what you will get but it looks and works very 2019ish

Very Unhappy Customer
I purchased this tachometer less than 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but issue with it, then just minutes ago it stopped working completely. Then to top it off the instructions say you have a warranty but there is no contact information...none. To make it even better it's nearly impossible to contact the seller here on Amazon. Save your money and buy a quality product that someone will stand behind!!!! I will continue to spread the word else where.

It is not as universal as led to believe...
To save you the trouble this will not work on a late model Harley. Harley uses a databus signal, not separate tach and speedometer signals. Was a real disappointment, I guess I will have to pay big bucks for a genuine Harley Tach.

User guide is not helpful, but works once you've figured it out
Used a 12v power source to test all the inputs and made my own wiring guide based on that. To start I connected 12v hot to red and black, negative to green. From there just touched all the wires to the hot wire and saw what it did. Seems to be well made, haven't been able to test speedometer accuracy yet but all else works well.

Don’t waste your time .
Doesn’t really work , yes the indicator lights work ie. headlight , brights , blinkers , neutral . But the speedometer even after hours and hours of trying to fine tune does not really work . The tach is also very lousy and doesn’t really know what’s going on . Not worth the time to install .

Nice speedo
I have 2 bike both with these on there. Looks nice and works for what I need. Even if you don’t have instructions it’s not hard to hook up if you spend just a little time!

I wouldn't buy it unless you smashed yours and need to sell your bike urgently
Worked for about 1k miles, after which I contacted seller about the warranty they said they have on this.. Had issues recieving new one, but in the end I did. Its been about 1k miles again, and beacuse they don't seal the speedo with any sort of yknow, gasket. The interface started to fade on certain spots and die. All in all, good for about 3 months.
