They worked great, negative reviews are because of tooling
So these worked great. Install difficulty was about a 4/5. It's fairly simple but very tedious, especially when it comes to removing/installing the ribbons. Install took about half an hour per joycon. The ribbon on the new joystick is slightly longer which causes the ribbon to flex, but rest assured it seats firmly. Set it up, calibrated them and they work perfectThe only negative reviews here are because of mentions that the tooling is missing/doesn't work. Well, mine did come with both the Phillips and 0.6 Y security bit. People mention that the Y bit screw driver is crap and strips screws. I used a 0.8 Y driver which is slightly thicker from a separate tool kit I own. It did work better but I still had trouble trying to remove the screws without stripping them. So long story short, get a separate mini tool kit if you don't want to be disappointed. Even then don't expect them to come out without a fight. These are an excellent value on their own without a tool kit and have the added bonus of being prime eligible for 2 day shipping. I would recommend them.

Great Value & Works Great
First off, keep in mind that you will need to look up instructions on how to replace the joy-sticks. I used instructions from a YouTube video, which worked great. I don't have a great deal of experience making these types of repairs and was honestly a little afraid to attempt it. The provided tools worked out great. I did apply a little more pressure when using the screw drivers and took my time to carefully not strip the screws. Because of this I had no issues at all. I didn't have any need for the extra screws or springs, but having them on hand gave me some extra peace of mind. After installing, I then ran a quick joy-con calibration test on the Switch and they seem to be working great. Only time will tell as to how long these will last, but so far I am well pleased with this purchase.

Better than buying new ones...
Being tired of the code name "Drift", this kit did the job. For a decent price you are getting the headache fixed without looking for extra parts or tools. I mean the screwdrivers might not be the highest quality. I received mines bent, but with a good tip. They did not stripped the screws or damaged them. The included extra springs and screws in case they got damaged or lost is a plus. I don't know for how long these analog joysticks will last but it is better than $69 out of pocket so my kid starts screaming again. Comparing them with the original ones I cannot tell the difference. I just replaced, calibrated and my kid is extremely happy because they are working like day one, out of the box. This is crazy because I have owned other consoles in the past and I have never ever needed to replace a joystick of a controller. Modern manufacturing is really garbage.

If I only knew earlier it was this easy...
First, I bought these because my son had two joycons with drift, both are nintendo oem. Now, this bundle is a good buy, especially since a new Joycon can cost WAY more! Since this was a two pack I was able to fix two Joycons (both left joycons strangely). Now, if you have patience and/or are mechanically inclined then this is going to be pretty easy. If you don't have either then you might want to find someone that does. The over all process is not that complicated and the biggest issue I ran into was getting the ribbon cable back into the slot. The cable on the new sticks ended up being a little longer than the originals so it appears that it does not go in enough. Thankfully I have change ribbon cable items many times so just a few checks and that is how I became aware they were longer. This did not pose any issue with re-assembling. Last note, make sure you re-calibrate the joystick after reassembly. I had one that worked perfectly with out doing it (still did it anyways) and the second exhibited drift before re-calibration.Overall, it took me close to 10 minutes to do the first one, mostly because I like to look around when I open something for the first time. The second Joycon took maybe 5 minutes.Definitely worth the effort to save some serious money if there is nothing else wrong with your joycons.

Great for the price. Worked my first try!!
I must say having joycon drift is a big bummer when you just spent an hour and a half replacing the left joycon shell and realizing that joycon does not work the same after 3 years of owning the original switch. This pack works great.Pros.The replacement analog sticks are of high quality.Feels like the original.I have a set of 2 and the first one I install worked like a charm.Cons.The screw drivers are OK but I would look elsewhereq they are cheap I'm my opinion. Not a big con but the flex ribbon on the analog sticks are a bit shorter than the originals.Overall I would recommend this set to anyone needing to replace their sticks due to the dreadful drift of death. Lmao.

SCREWDRIVER CAME STRIPPED
I ordered this because my stepson dropped my OLED and the joycon broke off so I needed to reconnect the ribbon wires. I saw this and thought it would be perfect but as soon as I opened the package and looked at the screwdriver I noticed it looked used already. Anyway it didn’t work at all and stripped all the screws so I just had to buy a replacement joycon. Waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY

It works!
My right joy con was having problems with stick drift, so I decided to replace the analog sticks with ones I ripped out of another set of joy cons. After that ultimately failed, I decided to just buy new ones. They work really well! The provided tri-wing screwdriver worked for me (I already removed the screws once before, so they weren't as tight) and it worked really well! Here are a couple things to note for any potential customers:1. The sticks will be just a little smaller than the factory ones.2. The optional rubber covers do fit, but I didn't find them very comfortable.3. You might have to recalibrate one of the sticks. Check the calibration before you get back to your game.

Easy install but.......
Easy install but the screws strip easily even of you don't press hard got stuck in my nieces switch and now we can't return or replace it. Does not work at all. Even tried other people suggestions of switching it out with the other one that came in the package but nothing. Waste of $10. Pretty upset thought it was gonna work for her switch.
