I just got this product yesterday (December 22) in the mail and had two of them about 4pm. What it did for me in the short span that I took it was make my mind sharper and a bit wired. It doesn't make you crazy or superhuman, but it does give you clarity. I understand that this product might suit different people in different ways, but I like what it has done for me so far. The only thing I would not recommend is taking it before you go to bed. Even though I took this product at 4pm in the afternoon, my brain was still active as I slept. I normally do not remember dreams as they are mostly scattered people, places and situations. Last night, even though I saw a movie before going to bed (it was 1776), my dream consisted of a combination of actors from the movie and interacting with them and having more recall about other parts of the dream I had when normally without taking this product I can only remember one or two things. As it says on the bottle, take two in the morning so your body and mind have an opportunity to digest it. I had taken it too late in the afternoon and being asleep, my mind was still wired, but clear. Everyone be careful with this product and do what it says. It might give you a slight headache at first also, as it did with me. As I said, this will affect everyone differently.

I should have returned but my bad for thinking there was a supplement that could help with old timers brain fog.

I took it for 1 month.It seem to help me better than Prevegan . It seems to help my memory & information recall.

I like this product. I was skeptical at first, but taking accelerated courses makes me willing to try anything for an extra advantage. About 3/4 through the bottle is when I noticed I wasn't having as much trouble as before recalling details. I bought 2 bottles to give it a fair enough time to work without a gap in time between the bottles. I would order this product again.
