This is a replacement for one I previously had installed and it works great

Love it! The Nest learns how we like our house temperature set, and it adjust it for us. You can also control it from your phone anywhere, so if you forgot to turn the heat down when you left for the day, you just log into the Nest App. & do it. My favorite part during the winter is sleeping cool & waking up warm. You can also manually control it, which my Mom who is older enjoys!! Excellent product, great service! Going to order 1 more. Our first was from Best Buy! Your price was better & I appreciate it. Thank You

It doesn’t work. It doesn’t light up when I walk by it (even though it is set up to do it). It doesn’t keep proper ambient temperature….I’ll press on it to see what the current room temp is (I have to click on it since it won’t light itself up…), then 10 minutes later, I’ll press on it again, and the ambient temp will be 10 degrees higher. THEN, to add to these problems, it won’t recognize my Wi-Fi (which is a brand new Eero 6e setup…but my other two identical Nests that are running different zones in my house CAN connect).Unfortunately, I waited three weeks before installing the Nest, and I then waited another week before making the decision to try to send it back for a replacement…and when I try to do that, I see that there is only a 30 day return policy. What a disappointment.I’ve owned four of these same Nest thermostats…and two of the four never worked properly right out of the box.

I was leery about getting a Wi-Fi thermostat. After having it installed and playing with it a bit. I love it.

Works well with my old 1950s radiator heater system so a good buy for me.

Easy to install, it does work without a C wire.

This company enclosed an information sheet with the Nest which was EXTREMELY helpful with the installation of the unit. I would highly recommend this company for any purchase

Great product! Works just as good as the more expensive model (I have both in different homes). Will buy again.
