Unsure and in a rush, I went to a medical supply store and ended up spending a big chunk of change ($62) for this Coccyx Gel Cushion by Allman. That was several months ago. It is as cushiony as day one, has not compressed what so ever, still giving perfect support relieving any pressure on her tailbone. She takes it everywhere - we even put it in the car. I started putting it on my chair when she chooses the couch. I even put it on my pricey Aeron office chair that was already comfortable and it made it even more so! So I bought my own Coccyx Gel Cushion. It's perfect for sitting long hours at my desk. On the not so positive side, it is slightly bulky to carry - a handle that flattens would have been nice. But that's a very small thing compared to the quality and pain-free sitting the cushion allows.
