I have ordered this highest quality Croatian Extra Virgin Olive Oil three times, and am about to place an order for a fourth bottle I a so lucky to have found this light, fruity, never bitter brand. It is the best!

Chiavalon Olive Oils, particularly their Ex Albis is the best Olive Oil I have ever tasted. Their web site is https://chiavalon.hr/. They are located on the Istrian Peninsula in Croatia. We visited their facility located on the road between Pula and Rovinj during a trip to Croatia in the Summer of 2024. They have a tasting experience where they review their Olive Oils and how they enhance the flavor of foods you're eating. It makes a great oil to dip foods into and can be put on cooked foods or cheese to enhance the foods flavor. They have won a number of international awards and it was the best Olive Oil we had on our trip which included Greece, Croatia and Italy. We're 1/2 way through our 0.25L bottle that we bought there, and ordered 2 here on Amazon through their US distributor Drusk Trading Company. Highly recommended. It's now the only olive oil we use.

Great Olive Oil.

I bought this olive oil because it's what Gordon Ramsey uses. I am a big fan! Anyway, it is a very light oil and I use it mostly for salad dressing since it is pretty expensive. I will also use it if I'm cooking scallops since I don't make a sauce. It's just the olive oil and the scallops. I highly recommend!

Regular EVOO products do not compare to this. I purchased because when I was in Croatia recently, we got a tour of the Olive factory and samples of the product. Expensive, yes, but for those of us who really enjoy cooking, it’s worth every cent.
