The handles do not lay absolutely flat which makes them a lot easier to pick up and use. He even stated how comfortable they are to use and grip. Very good quality and attractive. The knife is very sharp. The tips of the fork is tapered enough to pierce meat (for example) to cut on his plate. Highly recommend!
