Its honestly really decent and iv tried other company so far this one is the best and if your a real painter ull pick up this in couple strokes like nothing but still easy enough for someone who never painted before overall amazing gift to anyone and really fun to play with and it is a real brush not squirel hair but close enough and its a good way to learn the concept of watercoloring and how much pressure u need to use and joe to create different strokes

This was an impulse purchase because they were a lightening deal that I thought I might regret right after doing it, but these a way better then I expected. The color is very vivid, and the pens are easy to use. The brush tips have good snap a d return easily to their original shape. The bristles are also stiff enough to allow a great control even for beginners. When I swatched them I was pleasantly surprised with how bright they are. A couple of the lighter colors give off a highlighter like hue, and at first I was concerned they were all going to be like that, but I was wrong. The majority of the pens have very vivid but natural looking colors that a y artist will appreciate.The pens don't have color names or numbers on them and they are in simple plastic bodies, but they dont feel flimsy. But for the price, the quality is great. I would put them up there with professional grade products but I would definitely rerecommend for beginningners or those wanting to experiment and play around with new mediums without paying a fortune for.

They are very good quality, very pleased with my order. Would highly recommend for beginners - experienced watercolor artists for fine details, they’re perfect and not as messy as the paint itself.

Some of the pens are not full of ink-paint and are dry. They do have paint-ink in them but do not flow fully and make a dry mark.

This was my first time experimenting with colors in nearly a decade, I’ve been a b&w girl forever, AND I LOVEEEEEE THE WAY IT TURNED OUT- I was trying to be messy as true art is messy - I uploaded the play by play as I added each color and layer! I hope you enjoy as much as I did!
