I love these back patches! They are the only ones I use now. Only thing to be aware of is they get very hot and can leave a red mark, but you get used to the heat. They stay on very well and I’ve been able to wear them for over 24 hours and shower and they still stay warm

I found these and decided to try them on a whim. I'm so glad I did. Not only are they cheaper than most brands I've found in stores, but they get hotter for longer. When I have cramps I need intense heat, and these work wonders. They do burn so they are not for those who don't like the heat. They also itch a little as they heat up, however, I liked them a lot. The smell is also nice. Very natural. Highly recommend if you can handle the heat from the ginger.

These patches work overall pretty well. They do feel hot after 30 minutes or so, so be ready. It’s not necessarily comfortable and you have to leave them on for a few hours to work. And you do need to have clean skin with no other creams applied or they won’t adhere. As far as pain relief I feel they do work if you wear them long enough. The directions aren’t super detailed, but you basically put them on and wear them for as long as you can tolerate. It says where them two days in a row and take a break the third day. I usually just wear them for a day as I have felt relief after that.

Work great, nice and warm and help relieve pain. I’ve used on back and hip. When you put them on do so gently, don’t push and rob them down - they stick great just with a very gentle placement. When I really stuck them on aggressively it hurt a little to remove.

THEY BURNED MY SKIN ALMOST INSTANTLY AND LEFT RED WELTS FOR TWO DAYS FOLLOWED BY A RASH THAT LASTED A WEEK. (In the exact place i used the patch and in the exact shape so I know it was caused by the patch) NO pain relief from these, more like pain inducing! Within 5 minutes of applying this little torture patches my skin BURNED like He** and for continued to do so for almost an hour after removing them no matter what i did to make it stop. I buy and use herbal plasters all the time for muscle pain relief and have tried many brands with great success. I recommend you try patches/plasters, they are a blessing for chronic pain relief and they provide more relief then the muscle creams do, but DON’T BUY THESE, use another brand. I DON’T RECOMMEND THESE AT ALL!! Use at your own risk and may the force be with you if dare to try these anyway. The only thing these are good for is to be used as means of payback, to torture someone you don’t like or to make sure the inlaws never come over again. Seriously, These are awful!!! Plus they can’t be returned so now your stuck with 99 of these little adhesive hell mongers, have fun with that! You’ve been warned.

When I was purchasing this item I thought it would be similar to ginger pads I’ve gotten from my acupuncture doctor in the past. (That actually smell like ginger.) That’s not the case. The pads are much larger so recommended for bigger areas. BUT they get extremely hot! I can only leave on maybe an hour before it starts to feel like it’s burning. Maybe better recommend as a heating pad for cramps. I originally purchased this for my shoulder and foot pain, but It just leaves my skin feeling like I’m being burned. I put 2 on my shoulder to try and cover both pain areas and within 20 mins had to take one off because it was burning. It left my skin a little red. You can’t cut the patch in half because it won’t work. Must use the whole patch on whatever area. I didn’t notice it help my foot pain other than burning the top of my foot. I think I’ll try and find the original ginger pads I had before or just stick to KT tape instead. Overall not a horrible product but I’ve used better. Softer skin or sensitive skin I wouldn’t recommend.
