I sell jewelry and purchase displays often, so when I read that the material was velvet I expected it to look and feel a certain way. This is not velvet. I don’t know how to explain the texture other than to say if feels like foam. The color is deep and it functions like other displays, but if your trying to match existing velvet displays, you will notice there is a difference.
